NEA MILL Classifier built-in type Impact MillNEA MILL is the Impact Mill with Classifier built-in which is
suitable for fine grinding to average 10-30 microns.
This is best suited to the materials having Mohs' hardn ess between 1 to 3

E Series U Series
Fine grinding is achieved via impact/friction/shearing force between the
hammer rotating at high speed and lining having special shape. Numbers
of the swing hammers are mounted at round shape plate which are rotating
at high speed (4,000-8,000 min -1) at inside of involute-shape lining.
Average particle size of final product will be around 50 microns while some
materi-als can be ground to several microns.

Knife hammer
Pulverizer is medium/rough grinding equipment with swing hammer type.
The construction is almost equivalent to Atomizer while the numbers of the hammer are reduced and the clearance between ham-
mer and lining is bigger so that this equipment is applicable to grind a bit large lumps under low rotating speed. Typical applica-
tions are animal feed, fertilizer, food, various fine chemicals and etc.
Generally the particle size of the final products will be around 3-10mm as coarse grinding and 20-200 mesh as medium grinding.

V BlenderPerfectly suit for the powders having less mixing ratio, particle size and bulk
densityThis equipment is to mix some powder materials by
means of three dimensional impact/fold-in move-
ment created by rotating V-shape vessel.
This is most applicable for the powders having good
flowability and can mix the powders in short time.
For agglomerated powders, wet powders and/or
small additives to be mixed, the model VF type is
applicable which has agitating bar rotating at high
speed inside of the vessel to increase mixing effi-
ciency by means of shearing force.

Batch KneaderHomogeneous wetting/kneading from low to high viscous materials
and suitable for up-stream of the granulation processThis equipment is to mix dry powder(s) with the liquid homogeneously in
shorttime by means of compacting/shearing force generated by two spe-
cial-shaped blades in the vessel.
The blades with -shape, spiral-shape and fish-tail shape are available but,
among them, -shape blade shall be the standard and most suitable for
kneading the materials homogeneously.

Twin Dome Granulator (TDG) series have been developed to produce fine granules typically from 0.3mm dia. to 2.0mm dia. and
designed to disassemble main component parts easily in order to meet GMP/HACCP requirement from the pharmaceutical and
food industries.
Unique Dome Die offers longer screen life with higher capacity than conventional wet type Granulators and can be removed via
clamping system for easy screen replacement.
Because of such advantages, this equipment is also used at various chemical industries over the world such as agricultural chemicals.
Cylindrical shape granules from 0.3 to 2.0mm dia. can be produced.All contacting parts can be easily disassembled and assembled without
