TEXT:The Menendez amendment adding sense of the Congress findings andresolutions on climate change policy to the State Department authorizationbill was adopted by the House International Relations Committee thisafternoon on a 21-18 vote. Two Republicans, Leach and Houghton, joined 19Democrats voting yes. By my count, six Republicans and two Democratsmissed the vote.
