• Study room ▫ Creating a closed group on Facebook, where it will be possible for trainees to publish,

comment and question on:

i) identified needs in the Azores; ii) potential business opportunities; iii) each others business ideas.

• Webinars ▫ Webinar 1 - “Identify and evaluate the potential of new opportunities” ▫ Webinar 2 - “Funding of new opportunities” ▫ Webinar 3 - “Promotion of new opportunities”

• Workshops ▫ Conducting workshops designed according to the needs identified in phase 1.

• Seminar and BizIdea contest

▫ Invited entrepreneurs (1 Portuguese-American; 1 from the mainland; 1 from the Azores):

i) will talk on their business experiences;

ii) will evaluate up to 15 business ideas (in case of a large number of project proposals, there will be a previous assessment through a questionnaire on Facebook and by the program partners).

Descrição: Vídeo com cerca de 20 minutos, a publicar no youtube. Pretende-se que o vídeo seja apelativo e dinâmico, podendo incluir em si mesmo pequenos vídeos que possam complementar a exposição.

No final do vídeo os alunos deverão ser encaminhados para a Study Room (grupo fechado do facebook).

Study room

• A Study room será coordenada por um elemento de apoio a contratar que encaminhará, sempre que se justificar, as questões para os formadores.

• Acima de tudo, a Study Room tem como objetivo permitir aos formandos partilhar as suas ideias e debater com os restantes formandos os temas de trabalho.

Workshops

Descrição: O conteúdo de cada workshop deverá estar orientado para o tema do webinar. Deverá ser proposto pelo formador após a realização do webinar e do contacto com os formandos através da Study Room (adequação dos conteúdos às características e necessidades dos formandos). O workshop será realizado do seguinte modo: - 10 horas preparação - 12 horas em sala de aula - 9 horas mentoring*

* O mentoring está previsto para as ilhas de São Miguel, Terceira e Faial, estando a sua realização condicionada ao número de alunos existentes em cada uma das ilhas.

Descrição: Após a realização dos workshops, os formandos terão a possibilidade de recorrer a sessões de mentoring para concluir os seus projetos (planeamento das sessões de mentoring a realizar de acordo com o número de formandos, com as suas características e necessidades).
