Maintenance Routines

- Heavy Maintenance (C and D Checks);- Out of phase tasks;- Application of Engineering Orders, incorporating mandatory and/or recommended modifications;- RELIABILITY, statistical analisys of problems that occurs with the aircraft during operation;

- Line Maintenance: transit, daily, weekly, A Check and repairs of finding faults during flights;

- Components Maintenance: hard-time, on-condition and condition monitoring.

• 2001 and 2002 – Facilities: Constructions, Enviromental Licenses, DAC Certifications.

• 2003 and 2004 – Internal development of services acquired in other countries.• 2005 – Increase of sales to customers• 2006 – Extension of EASA certification for A319/A320, and development of

services to customers.• 2007 – Increase of the components capability list and planning of the introduction

of the Boeing 777-300 • 2010 – Construction of the new hangar to wide bodies aircraft such as B777-300

• Capable of executing services to the following aircraft models:- Fokker 100.- Airbus A319 / A320 / A330 (inspections up to “4C” check, structural repairs and modifications).

• Capable of executing non destructive tests (NDT) with the following techniques:

- Dye penetrant liquid;- Eddy current;- Magnectic particles;- Ultra sound;- X rays (analysis).

• Aditional services (besides the capabilities mentioned above): composite material repairs, painting, welding, weighing, upholstry, electroplating, etc.

Training:Training:The company currently has some third party training services:

• Instrumental English Course (Partnership with UFSCAR);

• Basic Maintenance Mechanics Course (MMAir);

• Airframe Course (MMAir);

• Avionics Course (MMAir);

• Engine Course (MMAir);

Some specific components maintenance trainings are provided by its own manufacturers. In this case, our employeers go to their

training facilities. (Ex:Honeywell, Goodrich, Messier-Dowty).
