Polymer Plastica story with almost 30 years of success

Jose F. Paes makes the Industrial management Gradient and

purchase your first Injection in October 1985 and inaugurates the

Dystray Ind. E Com. Ltda.

Among his works in the gradient he was responsible for stamping

and injection projects, and developed the national standard

telephone.

In 1986 it begins to provide Technical Parts Injection Service

for the electronics industry companies.

In late 1989 started the construction of the first plastic injection tooling for Auto Parts industry for so Forin - Brosol –

Tecmisa.

Injection

- Experience in the technical application of plastic resins conveys safety and drives the realization of the most daring projects, avoiding waste in production and development process, thereby reducing costs and time, increasing their competitiveness, automotive and electronics to construction and consumer line we treat each project as a unique challenge, assisting in the development process, resins, etc.

Main Injected resins

- Polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene and Polypropylene (PP and PE), Flexible PVC, ABS, PC / ABS, polyurethane (PU), polyester (PBT) resin with 50% load, the load being mineral, Micro Glass Sphere, Glass Fibre, Coconut Fiber, CANA fiber, among others.

Tooling

Updated technology, able to produce small to medium sized molds, for that we have CNC equipment, CAD / CAM software, serving our customers always with quality and punctuality.

Computer Oriented design (CAD) and prototyping, mold construction with capacity of up to 1500 kg.

We have the latest software, to develop drawings and 2D and 3D designs. We use the Solidworks 2015 to build tools in 2D and 3D, the Powermill 2015 is our Machining tool aided by computer (CAM).

Meeting the needs of the market, we have development partners cameras Hot, Hot Nozzles, Fill the cavities Analysis, Failure Analysis for Gas bubbles, etc.

Engineering

Our engineering department is divided into two segments: one for product design and development based on the customer specifications for the development and other processes.

We are able to meet the needs of our customers within what else is present in parts segment injected thermoplastic, starting from an idea to the completion of the pilot batch of parts and mass production of the same.
