MisiónSomos un centro de producción sustentable y orgánico que permite la producción de alimentos mediante diversas técnicas de Acuaponia para su consumo y distribución, con el objetivo de financiar becas destinadas a los estudiantes del Insituto Internacional, y compartir con la comunidad este sistema innovador, atractivo y de alto impacto ambiental.
VisiónSer un centro de producción y distribución con relevancia en el mercado de la Ribera que permita que niños de escasos recursos sean becados en el Instituto Internacional, y convertirnos en un centro de investigación que dé a conocer nuevas técnicas sustentables en la producción de alimentos.
MissionWe are a sustainable centre that allows the production of organic aliments through diverse Aquaponic techniques for their consume and distribution, with the purpose of financing scholarships to the International Institute students, and share this innovative and high environmental impact system with the community.
VisionTo be a production and distribution centre with relevance in the local market that allows low resourced children to study in the International Institute with a high scholarship, and to become an investigation centre that introduces new sustainable techiniques for organic food production.
Granja La Diferencia está situada a un costado de las instalaciones del Instituto Internacional, sobre el libramiento de Chapala. Esta granja cuenta con un sistema único que utiliza las técnicas de crecimiento de aquaponia para la producción de alimentos completamente orgánicos, y al mismo tiempo se aprovechan eficientemente los recursos necesarios como el agua, la luz solar, el espacio y los nutrientes.
The Difference Farm is located besides the International Institute, on Ajijic's "libramiento". This farm counts with an unique system that uses the Aquaponic growth techniques for completely organic food production, while efficiently taking advantage of the necessary resources such as water, sunlight, space and nutrients.
La aquaponia es un sistema de crecimiento sustentable de producción de plantas y peces que combinan la acuicultura tradicional con la hidroponia en un medio ambiente controlado.
Granja La Diferencia cuenta con tres sistemas aquapónicos:- Plantas en técnica de raíz flotante- Plantas en película nutritiva- Plantas en sustrato
The aquaponia is a sustainable growth system used for producing plants and fish that combines the traditional aquaculture techniques with hydroponics on a conrolled environment.
The Difference Farm counts with three aquaponic systems:- Plants in a deep pool - Plants in nutrient film- Plants on substrate

Los tamaños de los productos de la Granja La Diferencia varían según la especie en cuestión. Debido a esto, en este catálogo se utilizará una escala de siete barras donde la pri-mera representa, aproximadamente, 2 centímetros y la última 70.
Cada producto tiene un método de venta diferente. Algunos se venderán por pieza y otros se venderán por kilogramos.
The size of the products grown by The Difference Farm changes in regard of each species. To make its categorization easier, this catalogue will use a five-bar scale where the first bar represents (approximately) 2 centimeters, and the last one 70 centimeters.
Each product has a varying selling method. Some will be sold by piece and others will be sold by kilograms.
