PTXavier Lourenço nasceu e vive em Silves.Pintora e professora do Ensino Secundário na área de Artes Visuais, distribui a sua atividade artística, iniciada aos 15 anos, pela pintura, desenho, cerâmica (escultura e azulejaria) e gravura/serigrafia.É licenciada em Artes Plásticas/Pintura, pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, desde 1994.Em 1999 recebeu um Prémio Regional de Artesanato, promovido pelo Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional de Faro, na modalidade de Pintura em Cerâmica (azulejaria).Expõe coletiva e individualmente desde 1986 e está representada em várias coleções particulares.

ENGXavier Lourenço was born and lives in Silves.She is a painter and highschool teacher for the Visual Arts and divides her artistic activity, which she started the age of 15, into painting, drawing, ceramics (tiles and sculpture) and engraving/screen printing. She holds a degree in Fine Arts/Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon, obtained in 1994.In 1999 she received a Regional Award for Craft, sponsored by the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training of Faro, in the class of Painting Ceramics (tiles).She has shown her work in joint and individual exhibit since 1986 and her work is part of several private collections.
