Como conectar As conexes so explicadas no manual de usurio, que entregue com a ferramenta. Nota: Para usar a ferramenta LVDS, voc deve ter o ComPair 2004-1 (ou mais) no seu PC (verso de mquina >=2.2.05). Para todo tipo de nmero de TV e tamanho de tela, um deve escolher os ajustes adequados via ComPair. O arquivo ComPair ser atualizado regularmente com novas introdues de informaes do chassis. Como pedir Ferramenta LVDS (incluindo dois cabos LVDS: 31p e 20p) Ferramenta de manual de servio LVDS. Cabo LVDS 31p-para-31p para F1 (padro com ferramenta).
Voc pode ler o buffer de erro de 3 formas: Na tela atravs do SAM (se voc tiver imagem). Exemplos: ERROR: 0 0 0 0 0 : Nenhum erro detectado ERROR: 6 0 0 0 0 : Cdigo de Erro 6 o ltimo e nico erro detectado ERROR: 9 6 0 0 0 : Cdigo de Erro 6 foi primeiro detectado e cdigo de erro 9 o ltimo (o mais novo) erro detectado Atravs do procedimento de LED piscando (quando voc no tem imagem). Veja Procedimento de LED Piscando. Via ComPair. 5.4.2 Como apagar o Buffer de Erro
O buffer de erros ser apagado nos seguintes casos: Usando o comando CLEAR no menu SAM. - Para entrar no SAM, pressionando a seguinte sequncia de teclas no controle remoto: 0 - 6 - 2 - 5 - 9 - 9 seguida pela tecla OSD/STATUS (digite rapidamente a sequncia para no atingir o time out do menu OSD). - Certique-se que o menu CLEAR est destacado. Use as teclas para cima ou para baixo, se necessrio. - Pressione a tecla para direita para apagar o buffer de erro. O texto no lado direito CLEAR ser mudado para CLEAR? ou CLEARED. Se os contedos do buffer de erro no for mudado por 50 horas, o buffer de erro reseta automaticamente. Nota: Se sair do SAM desligando a rede do aparelho de TV, o buffer de erro no resetado.

Cdigos de Erros
5.5 Procedimento do LED Piscando Atravs deste procedimento, voc pode fazer o contedo do cdigo de erro visvel atravs do LED frontal. Isto especialmente til quando no h imagem. Quando o SDM entra, o LED frontal ir piscar o contedo do buffer de erro: O LED pisca com o nmero de pulso do cdigo de erro, seguido por um perodo de tempo de 1,5 segundos, no qual o LED est desligado. Ento esta seqncia repetida. Qualquer comando RC5 termina esta seqncia Exemplo: Erro: 12 9 6 0 0 Aps entrar no SDM, o LED vermelho frontal mostrar: 1 piscada longa de 5s inicia a sequncia 12 piscadas curtas seguidas por uma pausa de 1,5s, 9 piscadas curtas seguidas por uma pausa de 1,5s, 6 piscadas curtas seguidas por uma pausa de 1,5s, 1 piscada longa de 1,5s para nalizar a sequncia, A sequncia reinicia.
Se o TV tiver falhas no intermitentes, limpe o buffer de erro antes de iniciar um reparo. Isto assegura que cdigos de erro antigos no estaro presentes no buffer. Se possvel, verique o contedo completo do buffer de erros. Em algumas situaes, um cdigo de erro somente o resultado de um outro cdigo de erro e no da causa real (por exemplo, um defeito no circuito de deteno de proteo pode tambm levar a uma proteo). Em alguns casos, pode ser acessvel uma mudana nos ndices do NVM. Isto pode ser feito com o NVM Editor no modo SAM. Cuidado: No mude as conguraes NVM sem entender a funo de cada ajuste, pois um ajuste NVM incorreto pode causarseriamente danar as funes corretas do aparelho de TV! Sempre anote as conguraes NVM existentes, antes de mudar as conguraes. Isto ir permitir que voc retorne s conguraes originais, se o novo ajuste car incorreto. Tabela 5-3 Editor NVM

Carregando os valores de defeitos NVM
5.6.4
Processamento de vdeo
No caso de uma NVM em branco ser colocada ou quando o ndice da NVM est corrompido, valores padres podem ser carregado no NVM.(Para troca de NVM zerado, o curto SDM de um jumper e aplicao de tenso de rede). Depois de os valores padres serem carregados ser possvel iniciar e ajustar o TV. Este processo no muito longo e inicia automaticamente, depois de carregado siga os seguintes passos: 1. Desligue o TV atravs da chave liga/desliga. 2. Curto-circuite os jumpers SDM (mantenha curto-circuitado). 3. Pressione P+ ou /ch+ no teclado (e mantenha pressionado). 4. Ligue o TV atravs da chave liga/desliga. 5. Quando o aparelho for ligado, as teclas P+/Ch+ podem ser liberados e o curto circuito dos jumpers SDM pode ser removido. Mtodos alternativos (1): 1. V em SAM. 2. Selecione o Editor NVM (no o Editor SC NVM). 3. Selecione ADR (endereo) para 1 (dec). 4. Mude o VAL (valor) para 170 (dec). 5. Guarde o valor. 6. Desconecte os plugues principais e espere por alguns segundos. 7. Reconecte os plugues prioncipais e espere at que o aparelho v at seu modo standby (o LED vermelho brilha). 8. Reinicie o aparelho. Mtodo alternativo (2): tambm possvel carregar os valores padro para o NVM com o ComPair no caso do SW ser mudado, o NVM trocado com um novo (vazio) ou quando o contedo NVM corrompido. Aps trocar um NVM ( ou com defeito/sem NVM), funes padro devem ser usadas para permitir o aparelho ligar e permitir o Modo Padro de Servio e o Modo Ajuste de Servio ser acessado. 5.6.3 Tuner e FI
Sem energia 1. Verique +12V e 3V3 na posio 1J02. 2. Sem fonte, verique o conector 1J02. 3. Se estiver correto, verique a placa de fonte de energia. A Alimentao est correta, mas no h LED verde 1. Verique se os conectores 1K00 esto propriamente inseridos. 2. Se eles estiverem inseridos adequadamente, verique se o 3V3 est presente. Sem imagem na tela (tela branca com correta sada de som) 1. Verique se o menu de usurio est visvel. 2. Se o menu de usurio est correto, ative o modo teletexto. 3. Se o teletexto estiver OK, o problema no ADC (B18) & Columbus 3D comblter (B19), se presente (dependendo do modelo, veja tambm o pargrafo Teletext Path no captulo 9). 4. Se o menu de usurio no est visvel, verique se a luz do painel LCD est LIGADA. 5. Se a luz est DESLIGADA, o problema est no painel Alimentao ou no painel LCD. Verique tambm o pino 12 (LAMP_ ON_OFF) do 1J02. Ele deve estar alto durante a operao normal. Nota: Para a proposta de busca de defeitos, importante saber o seguinte: em modelos Pixel Plus e Digital Crystal Clear, que tem um ADC (B18) e Columbus 3D comblter (B19), a entrada digital do scaler usada em trajeto de vdeo digital (sada Hercules), uma vez que a entrada analgica digital RGB (entrada analgica do scaler) usado apenas para teletexto. Isto signica que nenhum modo misto (vdeo mais teletexto simultaneamente) possvel. Se h som e teletexto, mas no h vdeo e menu de usurio (tela branca), o trajeto digital (Hercules - ADC - Columbus - Scaler) est com defeito. Se h som mas no h teletexto, a parte nal (Scaler - Painel LCD) est defeituosa. Em modelos Crystal Clear, que no tem um ADC e Columbus, o trajeto RGB (entrada analgica do scaler) usada para vdeo e teletexto. Sem TV, mas o PC est presente 1. Verique se Hsync_SDTV e Vsync_SDTV esto presentes no pino 1 & pino 13 do 7E03. 2. Se eles esto presentes, verique a sada teletexto. 3. Se no h sada teletexto, o IC TDA150xx pode estar com defeito. 5.6.5 Alimentao
Sem imagem em modo RF, mas h um Noise Raster 1. Verique se a gura est presente em AV. Se no, v na seo de resoluo de problemas processando vdeo. 2. Se presente, verique se os ajustes de Option esto corretos. 3. Verique se todas as voltagens de fonte esto presentes (3.3/5/8/12/33V). 4. Verique se as linhas I2C esto funcionando corretamente (3.3V). 5. Armazene manualmente um canal conhecido e verique se h sada IF no pino 11 do Tuner. 6. Verique a voltagem DC no pino 2 do Tuner. A voltagem DC deve variar de acordo com a frequncia/ canal a ser selecionada. 7. Se a voltagem da sintonia est OK, verique a sada do tuner, pino 11. 8. Se no h sada, o Tuner pode ter um defeito. Mude o Tuner. O sistema requerido no selecionado corretamente Verique se o Service jumper (tamanho #4204 & 4205, 0805) est presente (diagrama B2, localizao C9). Se sim, remova-o.
No caso da alimentao no funcionar, verique (fora da bvia vericao de fusvel) se o osciladores em IC7001 (em aparelhos de TV com telas de 37 polegadas) ou em IC7001 e ICU01 (em aparelhos de TV com telas de 42 polegadas) esto funcionando. Se no, troque os ICs.
