A Conferência anual da APREN – Associação Portuguesa de Energias Renováveis é já um marco incontornável no âmbito do setor das energias renováveis em Portugal.

Trata-se de um espaço de reflexão sobre as tendências na investigação, desenvolvimento, integração e organização dos mercados de energia elétrica e das diversas fontes e formas de produção, assim como uma oportunidade única para networking e troca de experiências.

The annual conference of APREN - Portuguese Renewable Energy Association is an unavoidable milestone in the renewable energy sector in Portugal.

It is a place for reflection on trends in research, development, integration and organization of electricity markets and various sources and forms of production, as well as a unique opportunity for networking and exchange of experiences.

EDIÇÃO DE 20182018 EDITION

A edição de 2018, com o tema “Mercado e Renováveis”, contou com cerca de 300 participantes – entre os quais alguns dos principais players do setor das energias renováveis em Portugal – e teve como principais áreas de análise: Mercado – Tendências Europeias; Mercado – Evolução e Novo Paradigma ; Renováveis em 2030-2050.

Foi uma edição especial, dado ter assinalado os 30 anos da Associação. Para marcar esta data, decidimos alterar a designação do evento, dando-lhe um toque de “modernidade”. Assim, a Conferência APREN passou a chamar-se Portugal Renewable Summit.

The 2018 edition, with the theme “Market and Renewables”, had about 300 participants – including some of the main players in the renewable sector in Portugal – and addressed the following main themes: Market – European Tendencies; Market – Evolution and New Paradigm; Renewables in 2030-2050.

It was a special edition, as it marked the 30th

anniversary of the Association. It seemed a perfect occasion to change the name of the event, giving it a touch of “modernity”. Thus, the APREN Conference was renamed Portugal Renewable Summit.


Foram ainda divulgados os vencedores da edição de 2018 do Prémio APREN – uma iniciativa que visa divulgar e premiar teses académicas relacionadas com a eletricidade de origem renovável, contribuindo assim para a disseminação e transferência de conhecimento e de tecnologia.

The APREN Award 2018 was also awarded – an initiative that aims to promote and distinguish academic thesis related to electricity from renewable sources, thus contributing to technology transfer and knowledge dissemination.

O Portugal Renewable Summit 2019, subordinado ao tema "Da transição ao compromisso energético“, terá lugar a 28 de novembro, na Fundação Oriente (Lisboa). À semelhança das edições anteriores, contará com as intervenções de alguns dos principais especialistas em energias renováveis (a nível nacional e internacional), que irão debater aspetos técnicos e político-estratégicos relacionados com o setor.

Será ainda anunciado o vencedor do Prémio APREN 2019, que conta com o apoio do nosso Associado Vestas.

On November, 28 APREN will hold the Portugal Renewable Summit 2019, under the theme "From transition to energy commitment". The event takes place at Fundação Oriente, Lisbon. As in previous editions, the conference will feature the interventions of some of the leading experts on renewable energy, who will address technical, political and strategic aspects related with the sector.

It will also be announced the winner of APREN Award 2019, supported by our member Vestas.
