    Um arranjo de rolamentos no consiste apenas nos rolamentos em si, mas tambm inclui os componentes associados aosrolamentos, como o eixo e a caixa. O lubrificante tambm um componente muito importante do arranjo de rolamentos porqueele precisa evitar o desgaste e proteger contra corroso para que os rolamentos possam apresentar mximo desempenho. Almdestes, o vedante tambm um componente muito importante, cujo desempenho de importncia vital para a limpe!a dolubrificante. A limpe!a possui um efeito profundo na vida "til do rolamento, motivo pelo qual os lubrificantes e vedantes setornaram parte dos neg#cios da $%&.
