    Product Limited WarrantyTrimble warrants that this Trimble product and its internal components (the Product) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will substantially conform to Trimbles applicable published specifications for the Product for a period of one (1) year, starting from the earlier of (i) the date of installation, or (ii) six (6) months from the date of original Product shipment from Trimble.     Software ComponentsAll Product software components (sometimes hereinafter also referred to as Software) are licensed solely for use as an integral part of the Product and are not sold. Such remedy may include reimbursement of the cost of repairs for damage to third-party equipment onto which the Product is installed, if such damage is found to be directly caused by the Product as reasonably determined by Trimble following a root cause analysis.

    Warranty Exclusions and DisclaimerThese warranties shall be applied only in the event and to the extent that (a) the Products and Software are properly and correctly installed, configured, interfaced, maintained, stored, and operated in accordance with Trimble's relevant operator's manual and specifications, and; (b) the Products and Software are not modified or misused.     Sempre mantenha equipamento de NH3 afastado de edifcaes, animais e outras pessoas.

    Nunca trabalhe com equipamento de NH3 em ambientes fechados.

    Antes de tentar transportar o implemento, descarregue todo NH3 do sistema e feche completamente o sistema. Veja Descarregando o sistema, pgina 7.

    Se sintomas de doena ocorrerem durante ou logo aps usar produtos com NH3, procurar imediatamente ateno mdica.

    Mantenha sempre um recipiente com gua limpa (pelo menos quinze litros) totalmente disponvel. No caso de exposio, lavar imediatamente a pele exposta ou os olhos com grande quantidade de gua e procurar imediatamente ateno mdica.

  • SeguranaFazendo a manuteno do equipamento

    1. Remova o sistema de operao antes de executar qualquer manuteno.

    2. Esvazie completamente toda a tubulao do sistema e desconecte a mangueira principal do tanque. Ver Descarregando o sistema, pgina 7.

    3. Certifique-se de que a presso no medidor zero antes de abrir o sistema.

    4. Use extremo cuidado quando abrir um sistema previamente pressurizado.

    Descarregando o sistema

    1. Desligue a chave mestra da console ou do veculo.

    2. Feche completamente a vlvula no tanque de suprimento.

    3. Continue aplicao da rea at que o medidor de presso mostre presso zero.

    4. Verifique outra vez se a chave mestra da console e/ou do veculo, e todas as chaves de seo, esto desligadas.

    5. Feche completamente a vlvula de fechamento de emergncia da torre de resfriamento.

    6. Esvazie e desconecte a mangueira do tanque de suprimento do sistema.

    7. Desligue a chave mestra da console e todas as chaves de seo.

    8. Fique a favor do vento ao lado do implemento e ento abra vagarosamente a(s) vlvula(s) at que esteja(m) totalmente aberta(s).

    9. Espere pelo menos 1 hora para que o sistema descarregue totalmente.

    10. Antes de abrir o sistema, certifique-se de que o medidor de presso no complexo esteja em zero e que a torre de resfriamento no esteja muito fria ao toque. Isto garante que todo NH3 lquido foi evaporado e que a presso est descarregada.

    1Introduo 1Este manual descreve como instalar, configurar, e usar o monitor CFX-750, verso 2.00.

    3. Selecionar uma posio na cabine para o monitor. Fixar o monitor no local selecionado e verificar se o mesmo est facilmente acessvel do banco do motorista.

    4. Usar os rebites/parafusos para fixar o suporte da barra na cabine.

    5. Fixar o outro lado do suporte RAM bola no suporte da barra e apertar o parafuso.

  • Instalando o Monitor e Antena 2Instalando a antenaNota Para minimizar qualquer interferncia no sinal do GPS, certifique-se de que a antena GPS est pelo menos a 1 m (3 ps) de qualquer outra antena (incluindo uma antena de rdio). Pode-se experimentar interferncia se operar o veculo dentro do limite de 100 m (300 ps) de qualquer linha de transmisso, disco de radar, ou torre de telefone celular.

    Nota A antena AG25 tem magnetos (ms) para fcil instalao. Para fixar a antena em uma superfcie no-metlica, ser necessrio usar a placa de suporte

    1. Achar o local de montagem para a antena na frente do teto do veculo, centralizada da esquerda para a direita.

    2. Na placa de suporte, remover as fitas adesivas das coberturas de proteo.

    3. Fixar a placa de suporte no teto do veculo com as fitas adesivas. Certifique-se de que a placa de suporte est centralizada ao longo do teto do veculo.

    4. Conectar o cabo da antena antena.

    5. Colocar a antena diretamente na placa de suporte. Os trs magnetos embutidos no funda da antena iro segur-la no lugar.

    Para limpar o CFX-750 usar o seguinte:

    Limpador para vidro sem amnia

    Nota No aplicar limpador para vidro diretamente na tela de toque.

    Tecido macio, de algodo sem fiapos

    lcool isoproplico 50%

    1. Aplicar uma pequena quantidade de limpador para vidro no tecido e gentilmente esfregar na tela de toque.

    2. Para limpar quaisquer manchas ou sujeiras, usar um tecido de algodo umedecido com lcool isoproplico 50%.

    B Sugesto Limpar o monitor quando estiver desligado. mais fcil de se ver a sujeira e mancha dos dedos quando a tela de toque est escura.

    Ligar

    Para ligar o monitor, pressionar o boto de ligar na parte de trs. Em pouco tempo, a tela Bem-vindo aparece:

    O wizard de Incio Rpido. Para configurar apropriadamente seu sistema, certifique-se de executar o wizard completamente. Ver O Wizard de Incio Rpido, pgina32.

    Desligar

    Para desligar o CFX-750, segure o boto de ligar/desligar por trs segundos. Enquanto pressionando o boto, a tela Desligamento em Progresso aparece:

    Nota Para cancelar o processo de desligar, solte o boto antes de completar trs segundos.

    Reinicializando o monitor

    Ocasionalmente, pode-se desejar reinicializar as configuraes do monitor. Existem dois modos de se fazer isso:

    Reinicializao simples: Isto retorna todas as configuraes aos padres de fbrica. Todos os dados de campo permanecem intactos.

    Reinicializao completa: Isto retorna todas as configuraes aos padres de fbrica, e exclui todos os dados gravados incluindo quaisquer dados de campo.

    Nota No execute uma reinicializao completa a menos que seja absolutamente necessrio ou for instrudo faz-lo pelo Tcnico do Suporte.

    Reinicializao simples

    1. Desligar o monitor e relig-lo.

    Reinicializao Completa

    1. Desligar o monitor e relig-lo.

    2. Esperar at que a barra de status na parte de baixo da segunda tela de inicializar est pela metade:

    4. Manter o boto pressionado at que o monitor produza um bip.

    O conector USB

    O conector USB est na parte de trs do monitor. Ver em Viso da traseira, pgina 27.Use o conector USB para administrar seus dados via um Pen-drive.

    1. Vire o monitor de modo que possa ver a parte de trs.

    2. Insira o Pen-drive no conector USB. Quando Pen-drive estiver corretamente inserido, o cone do USB ir aparecer na tela de orientao:

    A cor do cone do USB indica o estado atual do Pen-drive:

    Verde: o Pen-drive est conectado.

    Amarelo: o Pen-drive est conectando.

    Vermelho: a conexo com o Pen-drive foi perdida.

    Removendo um Pen-drive

    1. Vire o monitor de modo que possa ver a parte de trs.

    2. Remova o Pen-drive para fora do conector USB.

    C CUIDADO No remover o Pen-drive do conector enquanto o monitor est gravando ou lendo no dispositivo. Isto ir corromper os dados.

    Tirando uma cpia da tela

    Ocasionalmente, poder desejar salvar uma cpia da tela de toque, por exemplo para fornecer informao com o objetivo de soluo de problemas. Quando tirar uma cpia da tela, o monitor salva um arquivo.png no diretrio raiz do Pen-drive.

    1. Pressionar ambos botes de controle ao mesmo tempo:

    2. Manter os botes pressionados at que a tela pisque.

    C CUIDADO No remover o Pen-drive do conector enquanto o CFX-750 est gravando ou lendo no dispositivo. Isto ir corromper os dados.

    O Wizard de Incio RpidoO Wizard de Incio Rpido permite se configurar coisas importantes antes de comear a dirigir. A primeira vez que ligar o monitor, o wizard se inicia automaticamente. Certifique-se de que quando ligar o monitor executar o wizard completamente.

    Quando executar o wizard, pode-se escolher se o mesmo aparece cada vez que ligar o monitor. Se escolher para que o wizard no aparea, a tela de orientao ir automaticamente aparecer quando ligar novamente o monitor. Entretanto, pode-se ainda acessar o wizard mais tarde, desse modo:

    1. Tocar e ento tocar .

    2. Tocar Wizard de Incio Rpido. A tela Bem-Vindo aparece.

    3. Tocar . A primeira pgina do Wizard de Incio Rpido aparece:

    A tela de orientao mostra uma mistura de texto e cones que fornecem informao da operao e acesso vrias funes do sistema. A disponibilidade do texto e cones dependem da configurao do seu sistema. Por exemplo, alguns cones no esto disponveis enquanto estiver usando um sistema de direo automtica.

    Por padro, a visualizao muda de Plana para Perspectiva quando se aproximar de uma linha AB.

    Use esta opo para visualizar e ajustar as seguintes configuraes:

    Sobreposio no chaveamento do limite

    Use esta opo para controlar a quantidade de sobreposio em um limite antes que o sistema desligue a seo da barra. Entre uma percentagem entre 1-99%.

    Nota Esta configurao somente funciona quando a barra estiver soprepondo uma cabeceira, limite do piv ou zona de excluso.

    Para:

    Menos omisso: Configurar uma percentagem alta quando for aceitvel se aplicar fora do limite.

    Menos sobreposio: Configurar uma percentagem baixa quando no desejar aplicar fora do limite. Uma configurao muito baixa pode causar alguma omisso no limite.

    Latncia para ligar/desligar a vlvula

    Esta opo introduz atrasos no hardware ajustando o tempo necessrio antes de ligar ou desligar as vlvulas.

    Para usar esta opo:

    1. Medir o tempo que leva (em segundos) para o sistema alcanar a taxa correta aps t-la ligado ou desligado.

    2. Entrar um tempo entre 0,0 - 10,0 segundos.

    Sobreposio no chaveamento da aplicao

    Controla a quantidade de sobreposio permitida no chaveamento da barra antes do sistema chavear a seo. Entrar uma percentagem entre 1-99%.Para: Menos omisso: Configurar uma percentagem alta quando a

    aplicao total for essencial. O sistema ir desligar sees quando aplicar uma percentagem alta de quaisquer reas totalmente aplicadas. Isto poder causar alguma dupla-aplicao. Sees iro ligar logo que se moverem de uma rea aplicada para uma rea no aplicada.

    Menos sobreposio: Configurar uma percentagem baixa quando necessitar economizar no produto. O sistema ir desligar sees logo que alcanar uma rea aplicada. Isto pode deixar algumas omisses. Sees iro ligar quando a seo inteira se mover de uma rea aplicada para uma rea no aplicada.
