WDW-J series universal testing machine features a single column load frame that mainly used in light duty tensile, compression, and bending test applications for metallic, non-metallic, and composite materials. The machine has a max rated load of 5 kN and can be ordered with extended test space to meet the need of longer stroke tensile tests. The system will calculate and store various mechanical properties of the test specimen that includes the fracture load, ultimate tensile strength, strain, elastic modulus etc. All systems comes with closed loop control of load, displacement rate, and strain through the use of advanced control and data acquisition system with Windows based software.

YAW series compact universal testing machine features a 300 kN dual column frame that can complete tensile, compression, and bending test for short, narrow and low strain test specimens such as ones seen in metallic bonding test. The DY series wedge action tensile testing grips is constructed entirely of 20CrNiMo forged alloy steel that enables it to be used under temperatures up to 180C. The DY grips can be built with the conventional twist action mechanism or an easy to operate lever mechanism based on the user requirements. The surface of the grip body is nickel plated for corrosion protection.

SJ Series 100kN 300kN Fatigue Rated Hydraulic Grips

The SJ series fatigue rated hydraulic grips are used for a wide range of dynamic testing applications. With a strong track record of reliability, these hydraulic grips are a must have in any lab that conducts material fatigue testing. Outside of Asia, the SJ series grips have been successfully used at a global third party testing company in the United States. The SJ-300 grip features a unique design that removes the need to use pressure booster by allowing the grip to function normally under a system pressure of 21 Mpa. This will result in significant initial and life cycle cost saving for the user.
