anos.• Perda ponderal de 7,0 kg no período.

Nódulo sólido heterogêneo com áreas císticas, medindo 27 x 25 x 22 mm no testículo direito, com fluxo periférico.

Testículo esquerdo normal.

IMUNOHISTOQUÍMICA

- Aguardava cirurgia mas houve elevação de alfafetoproteína

- Caso foi discutido em reunião multidisciplinar da urologia:Realizada ressecção da massa retroperitoneal, já que a mesma aparenta ser um teratoma cuja resposta a quimioterapia é bastante limitada.

- Como não havia componente de tumor maligno ou PNET não houve necessidade de quimioterapia complementar.
