Las visitas guiadas en freixenet empiezan por un breve audio-visual sobre la historia de una empresa familiar. Seguidamente visita de la parte antigua de la cava construida en 1922. En esta parte, los guías de la casa le explicarán personalmente el proceso de elaboración del cava y le darán consejos sobre el servicio y consumo de esta espumosa bebida. Los visitantes subirán a un pequeño tren para recorrer una parte de los 20 kilómetros de cavas subterráneas. Al finalizar el recorrido se llega a la sala de degustación dónde se pueden probar los diferentes cavas de la gama freixenet. Para acabar se llega a la tienda dolores ferrer dónde tendrán la oportunidad de adquirir numerosos artículos relacionados con el mundo del cava y el vino. Muy cerca de Barcelona encontramos uno de los pueblos más bonitos del litoral catalán: Sitges. We invite you to visit the freixenet cava cellars. The guided tour beginswith a brief audiovi-sual presentation of the history of a family business. This is followed by a visit to the old part of the cellar, built in 1922. Here the house guides will personally explain the process of a cava production and will give advise on serving and drinking this sparking beverage. Visitors will board a small train to travel through part of the 20 km of underground cava cellars. At the end of this journey, visitors arrive at the tasting room where they can taste the different cavas of freixenet range.
