O tema da Poesia ilustra todos os Tratamentos de Assinatura e serviu igualmente de inspiração, mostrando ao mundo a verdadeira natureza do povo português.

Along with those natural resources, we have the holistic aspect, grounded on the ancient knowledge of oriental therapies that transform the body, mind and spirit: the Wellness concept, a characteristic of the Satsanga Spas. The Poetry theme illustrates all the Signature Treatments and also served as an inspiration, showing the world the true nature of the Portuguese people.

After you have fully released from tensions you will be welcomed in the treatment room with the Tranquil Soul Ritual, followed by the chosen massage or treatment. In the end, already immersed in a feeling of inner peace and self-reunion, you will drink a soothing herbal infusion.

SPA EXPERIENCES SELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS If you need help choosing a type of Treatment or Mind, Body and Soul Class, we ask that you contact the Satsanga Spa Collection reception directly. You can also do it through the telephone number (T:210 49 32 00) or email (palacio.spa@vilagale.com). Our therapists can also make treatment programmes specially tailored to your needs.

EXPERIENCES CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULINGAs a courtesy, you will always get your reservation’s confi rmation before your arrival. If there is the need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a prior 24 hour warning is mandatory. The absence or lack of warning entails the full charge and validation of the Spa Session or the Mind, Body and Soul Class.

PHYSICAL LIMITATIONSIf you have any disease, are taking medication or are pregnant, report that to the Satsanga Spa Collection staff. Some treatments and Mind, Body and Soul classes might not be suitable to your physical condition.

ADMITTANCEThe access to the Sanus Per Aqua Area is open and free of charge for the Hotel guests as well as the use of the Fitness Room. However, we ask for a peaceful environment so there is no disruption of the relaxing space.Children or youths aged less than 14 years old cannot have Spa Treatments or Mind, Body and Soul Classes unless they are accompanied by their parents.They are only allowed to be accompaniment by friends, other relatives or other people if the costumer is physically or mentally disabled, which should be proven by a medical certifi cate.

RECORDING OF IMAGESSatsanga Spa Collection is a space of peacefulness where we protect your image and the image of others. It is strictly forbidden to record images, pictures or videos without the prior consent of the people present and the administration.

YOUR FIRST VISITWe recommend that you check-in 30 minutes before your treatment’s appointed time. You will thus have time to better appreciate and enjoy all of the space and particularly the use of Sanus Per Aquam Area.

PUNCTUALITYCheck-in should take place 10 minutes before your treatment’s appointed time in case you don’t want to enjoy the Sanus Per Aquam Area. If you arrive late it will restrict your well-being experience.

WHAT TO WEARSatsanga Spa Collection provides robes and slippers so you can comfortably enjoy your moment of wellness. For your convenience, you will also be given a locker.
