CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL / CERTIFICADO DE CHEGADA

EXCHANGE PROGRAM / PROGRAMA DE INTERCÂMBIO

To certify the arrival of the Brazilian exchange student at the Host University, thisCertificate of Arrival must be signed by the Coordinator of the Exchange Program (orequivalent / higher). The student is responsible for sending a copy of this certificate by faxto the International Affairs Office at the UFRJ, at the number +55 21 2598-1605, no laterthan a week after the date of the arrival at the Host Institution. The original of thiscertificate must be delivered personally at the International Affairs Office as soon as thestudent returns to Brazil.

Para confirmar a chegada do(a) estudante de intercâmbio brasileiro(a) à Instituição Anfitriã, este Certificado de Chegada deve ser assinado pelo Coordenador do Programade Intercâmbio (ou equivalente / superior). O(A) estudante é responsável por enviar umacópia deste certificado por fax ao Setor de Convênios e Relações Internacionais da UFRJ,no número +55 21 2598-1605, no prazo de uma semana após sua apresentação naInstituição Anfitriã. O original deste certificado deve ser entregue ao SCRI tão logo o(a)estudante retorne ao Brasil.
