SISTEMA CONSTRUCTIVO.

The constructive system is Cross laminated Timber (CLT)

EGO_CLT™are panels formed by glued sawed-off wooden boards cross each other 90 °, in an odd number, and then pressed EGO_CLT™ it allows us to manufacture, in one single piece walls and floors with the desire shape, large, including gaps and based on rectangular panels using CNC cutting machines, with a previous design using the building model in a BIM software.The wood used will be Picea abies, called spruce, fir Scandinavia or Christmas tree. Bright white wood with a density of about 450 kg / m³.

COMPORTAMIENTO TÉRMICO.

The CLT panels have a high thermal resistance, to the point that for climate zones A and B alone meet these maximum thermal transmittances of CTE-HE, although it is advisable to use insulation to improve efficiency.

100 mm panel meets the Vmax = 1.25 W / m2K for the climate zone A.

SUSTAINABILITY.

By making anything we emit CO2 into the atmosphere, but there is much difference between them and other products. Wood based are those that emit fewer in their manufacture.But it has to be proviniente forestry wood chain of custody, ecological, social and economically responsible, such as using EGOIN, FSC and PEFC certified that guarantee
