  • 32.1.) ITENS DE PRECAUO DE SEGURANA:Antes de retornar o aparelho ao cliente, sempre faa uma checagem dos seguintes itens do aparelho:

    2.1.1.) Certifique-se de que no haja nenhum componente de proteo danificado antes ou depois doservio, no aparelho.

    2.1.2.) BLINDAGENS PROTETORAS (Capas plsticas, isoladores, termo retrateis, espumas de borracha,etc.), so colocadas nos aparelhos para proteo do cliente e do tcnico. Recoloque ou substitua

    essas blindagens protetoras no mesmo local em que foram retiradas, deixando o aparelho nas

    condies originais.

    2.1.3.) No manuseie ou permita o manuseio de aparelhos sem que todos os componentes de proteoestejam corretamente instalados e funcionando.

    2.2.) ACESSO AO APARELHO:Certifique-se que no haja aberturas no gabinete (aps montado), onde crianas ou adultos possam ter

    acesso e tocar em partes vivas (energizadas eletricamente), causando choques. Tomar cuidado para no

    deixar reas de ventilao muito largas e no substituir o gabinete ou partes dele pr peas no originais.

    2.3.) RESISTNCIA DE ISOLAO2.3.1.) Desconecte o cabo de fora da tomada e curto-circuite seus terminais.2.3.2.) Ligue a chave power (Liga/Desliga) do aparelho se houver ou ligue alguma funo. Radio por exemplo.2.3.3.) Mea com megohmetro, a resistncia entre os terminais do cabo de fora curto-circuitados e todas

    as partes metlicas expostas do aparelho, tais como parafusos, antena telescpica, contato

    para pilhas, terminal de sada para fones e etc. Se a parte metlica tem retorno de corrente pelo

    chassis, devemos encontrar valores entre 1 e 5,2 megohms. Se a parte metlica no tem

    retorno de corrente pelo chassis, o instrumento dever indicar valores muito acima destes.

    Se nenhum desses limites for atendido, existe alguma parte metlica em curto-circuito com o chassis,

    podendo provocar choques eltricos, estouros ou at incndios.

    2.4.) COMPONENTES DE SEGURANA:Alguns componentes eltricos e mecnicos possuem caractersticas especiais relacionados a segurana que no

    so obviamente identificados por inspeo visual. Essas caractersticas de segurana e proteo podem ficar

    comprometidas caso os componentes de reposio forem diferentes do original, mesmo se a especificao

    deste possuir maior tenso, potncia, dissipao de calor, etc.; o componente a substitu-lo deve ter as mesmas

    especificaes do componente original. Essa medida evitar danos ao aparelho, ao tcnico e ao cliente.

    Esses componentes crticos segurana so indicados no esquema eltrico pelo smbolo .

    Componentes de segurana esto sendo continuamente revisados e novas especificaes so divulgadas.

    2.5) PRECAUES DE ASSISTNCIA TCNICA:

    ATENO: Antes de efetuar qualquer manuteno mencionado neste Manual de Servios, leia e siga o item2.1. ITENS DE PRECAUO DE SEGURANA. NOTA: Se por qualquer razo haja conflito ou dvidas entrePRECAUO DE ASSISTNCIA TCNICA e ITENS DE PRECAUO DE SEGURANA, siga sempre os ITENS DEPRECAUO DE SEGURANA.

    2.5.1.) Desconecte o cabo de fora do aparelho da tomada sempre que:- Remover ou instalar qualquer componente, placa de circuito, mdulo ou outro conjunto.

    - Desconectar ou conectar qualquer conector do aparelho.

    2.5.2.) Ao conectar um instrumento de medio, sempre conecte primeiro o terminal de terra do instrumentoao terra da placa que ser medida. Sempre retire o terminal de terra do instrumento pr ltimo.

    2.5.3.) Quando terminar a manuteno de um aparelho, coloque a chave seletora de tenso (se houver),na posio de 220V.

    2. PRECAUES DE SEGURANA

  • 43. LOCALIZAO DOS CONTROLES

    3.1- PRINCIPAL

    1- Tecla POWER ON/STAND BYLiga e desliga o aparelho.

    2- Tecla TIMERPressione-a para ajustar o Timer (temporizador) e ligar e desligar afuno.

    3- Tecla CLOCKPressione-a para visualizar as horas no visor ao aparelho.

    4- Tecla PRESET Para acessar as memrias de emissoras do rdio.

    5- Tecla PLAY/PRESET Para iniciar a reproduo do CD ou do dispositivo USB e acessar asmemrias de emissoras do rdio.

    6- Tecla UBSLiga e desliga o reforo nos sons graves.

    7- Tecla G-EQPressione-as para selecionar as equalizaes pr-memorizadasdisponveis.

    8- Tecla SURRLiga/desliga o efeito SURROUND virtual.

    9- Tecla STOP /CLEARPressione-a para parar a reproduo do CD ou do dispositivo USB.

    10- Tecla MUTEPressione-a para deixar o som mudo temporariamente.

    11- Teclas TUN DOWN e TUN UP Pressione-as para avanar/retroceder rapidamente um CD ou faixado dispositivo USB. No modo TUNER (Rdio), pressione-as paraselecionar emissoras de rdio.

    12- Tecla TUN (TUNER)Pressione-a para selecionar o rdio e trocar a faixa de recepoAM/FM.

    13- Tecla CDPressione-a para selecionar o CD.

    14- Tecla AUX (para o modelo MS7510MP3)Pressione-a para selecionar a fonte conectada (traseira).Tecla AUX/GAME (para os modelos MS7513MP3, MS7520MU eMS7530MU)Pressione-a para selecionar a fonte conectada (traseira/frontal).

    15- Tomada PHONES

    Para conexo de fones de ouvido (no fornecido).

    16- Tecla GAME (para o modelo MS7510MP3)Pressione-a para selecionar a fonte conectada (frontal).Tecla USB (para os modelos MS7513MP3, MS7520MU e MS7530MU)Pressione-a para selecionar o dispositivo USB.

    17- Entrada USB (para os modelos MS7513MP3, MS7520MU e MS7530MU)Conecte um equipamento no dispositivo USB, para reproduo demsicas em MP3.

    18- Tecla GAME MIXPressione-a para mixar o sinal da entrada GAME com outras funes.

    19- Tecla GAME EQPressione-a para selecionar efeitos pr-memorizados disponveis dafuno game.

    20- Entrada GAME A/VEntrada de udio e vdeo para conexo de videogame ou outroequipamento.

    21- Tecla SLEEPPara ajustar o desligamento automtico.

    22- Tecla PAUSE II/SETPressione-a para pausar a reproduo de um CD ou do dispositivoUSB, para ajuste da programao do CD, ou entrar no modo de ajustedo relgio.

    23- Entrada para MicrofonePara conexo do microfone (no fornecido).

    24- Controle MIC VOLGire-o para ajustar o volume do microfone.

    25- Controle de VOLUMEGire-o para ajustar o volume.

    26- Teclas DISC DIRECT PLAYPressione-as para iniciar a reproduo de um CD especfico (DISC 1/2/3).

    27- Boto JOG CONTROLModo CD: gire-o para avanar/retroceder faixas do CD ou dodispositivo USB.Modo TUNER: gire-o para selecionar emissoras de rdio memorizadas.

    28- Tecla DISC CHANGEPara trocar os CDs da bandeja, enquanto um CD estiver sendoreproduzido.

    26- Teclas DISC DIRECT PLAYPressione-as para iniciar a reproduo de um CD especfico (DISC 1/2/3).

    31- Tecla BANDPressione-a para selecionar o rdio e trocar a faixa de recepo AM/FM.

    32- Tecla PGMPara programar faixas do CD ou do dispositivo USB.

    33- Tecla FOLDER (CD MP3)Para fazer a procura por diretrio (em CD MP3 ou do dispositivo USB).

    34- Tecla FUNCTIONPressione-a para selecionar a fonte desejada (TUN, CD, AUX, GAME, USB).

    35- Tecla MO/STPressione-a para selecionar entre MONO ou ESTREO no modo TUNER(Rdio).

    36- Tecla REPEATPressione-a para repetir uma faixa, um lbum (CD MP3), um ou todos osCDs ou faixa do dispositivo USB.

    37- Tecla RANDOMPressione-a para reproduzir faixas ou todos os CDs aleatoriamente oufaixa do dispositivo USB.

    38- Tecla UBS/SURRLiga e desliga o reforo de graves.Liga e desliga o efeito surround. (Pressione por 2 segundosaproximadamente.)

    39- Tecla ID3 (para arquivos MP3 do CD ou dispositivo USB)Pressione-a para visualizar o contedo dos arquivos MP3 (ID3 Tag).

    40- Tecla INTROPara reproduzir alguns segundos do nicio de cada faixa do disco ou dodispositivo USB.

  • 64- CALIBRAO E AJUSTES

    4.1) DESMONTAGEM E MONTAGEM DO MECANISMO CD

    Notas:a) O aparelho dever estar desligado da rede eltrica antes de iniciar os procedimentos.b) Para prevenir danos causados por eletricidade esttica, utilizar uma pulseira anti esttica.

    4.2.1) Desmontagem da gaveta

    a) Abrir a gaveta do CD (4) girando a engrenagem (3) no sentido horriob) Puxar a gaveta at que encoste na trava (5) do chassisc) Desconectar o cabo plano de 5 vias (6) do conector (7)d) Puxar a gaveta ao mesmo tempo em que se pressiona a trava (5) para liber-la.

    4.2.2) Montagem da gaveta

    a) Girar a engrenagem (3) at que o mecanismo CD se posicione na posio inferior e a seta da engrenagem(8) aponte para o eixo da engrenagem (9).

    b) Girar a engrenagem (9) at que a seta coincida com a seta da engrenagem principal (8);c) Coloque a gaveta do CD(4) pressionando suavemente as travas (5), assegurar que o cabo flat (6) esteja

    bem posicionado;d) Conectar o cabo flat(6) no conector(7).e) Empurre a gaveta (4) at o seu final de curso;f) Conecte o cabo plano da unidade PCI e retire o curto de solda da unidade tica.g) Montar o mecanismo no aparelho.

    4.2.3) Desmontagem / Montagem do Chassis do CD(2)

    a) Remover a tampa inferior do mecanismo CD.b) Girar a engrenagem (3) no sentido anti horrio para posicionar o mecanismo CD na parte inferior e abrir

    a gavetac) Remover o parafuso (10) e a pea (11) e girar a alavanca (12) no sentido da seta. Com isto, o chassis do

    CD(2) ser liberado.d) Para montar, posicionar o chassis do CD(2) no local e girar a alavanca(12) no sentido contrario a seta.e) Recolocar a pea (11) e o parafuso (10).Nota: Ao se desconectar a unidade tica da placa, repor o curto de solda de proteo (1) para evitardanos a mesma. No esquecer de remove-la aps conectar a PCI novamente.
