After the second as, you can use:
An object pronoun (me, you, him, her, it, us,
them)
A subject pronoun ( I, you, he, she, it, we,
they) + verb.
Todd is as tall as me.

You dont need the second as + person,
place, or thing when the meaning is clear.

(Ryoko isnt as fast as Anne.)
