This study explored relationships between em ployee dissatisfaction with pay, percep tionso f procedural justice, an d organizational citizenship behavior. It was hypothesized thatpa y inequity wouM be negatively related to citizenship, wh ile favorable perceptions o fproced ural a nd interpersonal ustice wou ld be positively related. Results provided stron gsupport for the hypotheses only w ith regard to a dimension o f cit izenship labeledcomp liance.
