ARTICLE 1 Regulations for Gymnasts1.1 Rights of the Gymnast Each gymnast must be inormed about the CODE OF POINTS and act according to the rules as specied

below.

The gymnast is guaranteed the right to: have her perormance judged correctly, airly and in accordance with the stipulations o the CODE o

POINTS. be provided with identical apparatus and mats in the training halls, warm up hall and on the competition

podium, that conorms to the specications and norms or FIG ocial competitions. receive in writing the evaluation o the diculty rating or a submitted new vault or element within a

reasonable time prior to the start o the competition. have her score displayed to the public immediately ollowing her perormance per the electronic or

manual installations accepted by FIG. receive through her delegation leader the correct result output, showing all her scores received in the

competition.

ApparatusShe must use an additional 10 cm sot mat on top o the existing basic landing mats (20 cm) or dismounts onVault, Bars and Beam. The supplementary mat cannot be moved during the exercise.

She is permitted to place the take-o board on the supplementary 10 cm landing mat (UB, BB). Upon written approval rom the Chair o the Superior Jury, she is permitted to raise both bar rails (each 5

cm), i her eet or hips touch the mat. At least 24 hours prior to podium training, she or her coach may submit in writing to the Chair

o the Superior Jury a request to raise the rails at the uneven bars, or to submit such requests inaccordance with the FIG TR that governs that competition.

With permission o the Superior Jury, she may repeat her entire exercise, i the exercise has beeninterrupted or reasons beyond her control or responsibility.

Warm-up In Qualifying (C-I), All Around Final (C-II) and Team Final (C-IV)

each competing gymnast (including substitute o injured gymnast) is entitled to a touch warm-upperiod immediately prior to the competition on the podium on all apparatus:Vault

C-I, C-II, C-IV two attempts onlyC-I qualication or C-III & C-III max. three attempts

Uneven bars 50 sec. each, including the preparation o the barsBalance beam 30 sec. eachFloor 30 sec. each (minimum 2 min. 30 sec.)

ARTIGO 1 - Regras para as Ginastas1.1 Direitos das ginastas Toda ginasta deve estar inormada sobre o CDIGO DE PONTUAO e agir de acordo com as regras

especicadas abaixo.

A ginasta tem o direito garantido de: Ter sua atuao avaliada de orma correta, justa e de acordo com as especicaes do CDIGO de

PONTUAO. Ter no ginsio de treinamento, ginsio de aquecimento e no pdium de competio, aparelhos e colches

idnticos em conormidade com as especicaes e normas para as competies ociais da FIG. Receber por escrito a avaliao da diculdade do salto ou elemento novo apresentado, dentro de umprazo razovel antes do inicio da competio.

Ter sua nota apresentada ao pblico imediatamente aps o nal de sua apresentao, por meio de umsistema eletrnico ou manual aceito pela FIG.

Receber atravs do chee de delegao os resultados emitidos, que mostrem todas as notas recebidas pelaginasta durante a competio.

AparelhosA ginasta deve utilizar um colcho adicional de 10 cm sobre os colches de aterrissagem bsicos (20 cm) paraas aterrissagens no Salto e sadas nas Paralelas e Trave.

O colcho adicional no pode ser movimentado durante a execuo da srie. permitido colocar o trampolim para entrada (PA e Trave) sobre o colcho adicional de 10 cm. Com a autorizao por escrito da Presidente do Jri Superior, permitido subir ambas as barras das

paralelas (5 cm cada uma), se os ps ou o quadril da ginasta tocar o colcho. Pelo menos 24 horas ante do treinamento de pdium, a ginasta ou seu treinador podem enviar por

escrito ao Presidente do Jri Superior pedido para aumentar a altura dos barrotes das PA, ou enviar opedido de acordo com o RT da FIG que governa a competio.

Com permisso do Jri Superior a ginasta pode repetir toda a sua srie, se esta tiver sido interrompida porrazes ora do seu controle ou responsabilidade.

Aquecimento Na Competio Classicatria (C-I), Final Individual (C-II) e Final por Equipes

(C-IV) Cada ginasta (incluindo aquelas que substituem as ginastas lesionadas) tem o direito a um perodo

de aquecimento no pdium em todos os aparelhos, imediatamente antes da competio:Salto

C-I, C-II e C-IV - apenas 2 tentativasC-I - qualicao para C-III e C-III - mximo 3 tentativas

Paralelas - 50 segundos cada uma, incluindo a preparao das barras Trave - 30 segundos cada umaSolo - 30 segundos cada (mnimo 2 min. e 30 seg.)

Note: In Qualiying (C-I) and Team Final (C-IV) the entire warm-up time (30 seconds per gymnast

on beam and 50 seconds on bars) belongs to the team. The team must pay attention to theelapsed time, so that the last gymnast receives a warm-up.

In mixed-groups the warm-up time belongs personally to the gymnast.

The end o the warm-up period is signaled by a gong. I at this time, a gymnast is mentally and physicallyprepared to vault or is still on the apparatus, she may complete the element or sequence started. Followingthe warm-up period or during the competition pause, the apparatus may be prepared, but not used.

1.2 Responsibilities of the GymnastsCompetition Attire She must wear a correct sportive non transparent leotard or unitard (one piece leotard with ull length

legs-hip to ankle), which must be o elegant design. She may wear complete leg coverings o the same color as that o the leotard; under or on top o the

leotard. The neckline o the ront and back o the leotard/unitard must be proper, that is no urther than hal

o the sternum and no urther than the lower line o the shoulder blades. Leotards/unitard may be with or without sleeves; shoulder strap width must be minimum 2cm. The leg cut o the leotard may not extend beyond the hip bone (maximum).

A national identication or emblem must be placed on the chest or on either sleeve per the most recent

FIG publicity rules. The gymnast must wear only those logos, advertising and sponsorship identiers that are permitted in the

most recent FIG publicity rules. The leotard/unitard must be identical or members rom the same ederation in the Qualication (C-

I) and Team Final Competition (C-IV). In the Qualication (C-I) individual gymnasts rom the sameederation (without a team) may wear dierent leotards/unitards.

No jewelry (bracelets or necklaces) may be worn, except small stud type pierced earring. A start number, supplied by the organizers according to FIG specications, must be worn.

With approval o her written petition, the gymnast may remove the number in rare cases o backspins on the Balance Beam and Floor.

Then the number must be manually displayed by the gymnast, or coach immediately beore her

presentation to the D -Judges at the beginning o the exercise. Hip or other padding is not allowed. Hand-grips at uneven bars, body bandages, and wrists wraps are permitted; they must be securely astened,

in good repair and should not detract rom the aesthetics o the perormance. Bandages must be beigecolored.

The wearing o gymnastic slippers and socks is optional.

1.3 Competition Rules for the Gymnast Per the Work Plan designated time rame, the gymnast must submit a written request, through her coach

or delegation leader, concerning the evaluation o a new vault or element.

Nota:Na Competio Classicatria (C-I) e na Final por Equipes (C-IV) o tempo de aquecimento (30

segundos por ginasta na trave e 50 segundos nas paralelas) pertencem equipe. A equipe deveprestar ateno para que a ltima ginasta tenha o seu tempo de aquecimento.

Nos grupos mistos o tempo de aquecimento pertence particularmente a cada ginasta.

O nal do perodo de aquecimento indicada por um sinal (gongo). Se neste momento a ginasta estmental e sicamente preparada para saltar ou encontra-se no aparelho, ela poder completar o elementoou a seqncia iniciada. Aps a o perodo de aquecimento ou durante a pausa da competio o

aparelho pode ser preparado, mas no utilizado.

1.2 Responsabilidades da GinastaVestimenta de competio Deve usar o uniorme correto de competio leotard ou unitard (collant em pea nica que cobre

totalmente as pernas at os tornozelos), que no seja transparente e com design elegante. A ginasta pode usar cobertura para as pernas n a mesma cor do collant; sob ou sobre o collant). O decote do collant na rente e nas costas deve ser apropriado, ou seja no pode ultrapassar a linha

mdia do esterno e nem a linha inerior das escapulas. O collant pode ser com ou sem mangas; as alas devem ter no mnimo 2 cm de largura. A cava da perna do collant no pode ultrapassar a linha do osso do quadril (mximo).

A idenfcao nacional ou emblema deve ser colocado no peito, ou em uma dasmangas segundo as mais recentes regras de publicidade da FIG.

A ginasta deve usar somente logotipos, propagandas e identicaes de patrocinadores que sejampermitidos nas mais recentes regras de publicidade da FIG.

As ginastas de uma mesma ederao devem usar collant idntico na Competio Classicatria (C-I) eFinal por Equipes (C-IV). Na CI ginastas individuais de uma mesma ederao (sem equipe) podem usarcollant dierente.

No permitido o uso de jias (pulseiras ou colares) exceto brincos pequenos com tarraxa. Devem usar os nmeros de identicao, ornecidos pelos organizadores conorme as especicaes da

FIG. Com a aprovao de uma solicitao por escrito, a ginasta poder retirar o nmero dorsal em casos

especiais de giros sobre as costas na Trave e no Solo. Nestes casos, a ginasta ou seu treinador dever mostrar manualmente o nmero de identicao,

imediatamente antes de sua apresentao para a Banca D. No permitido o uso de protetores nos quadris ou em outra parte do corpo. Sero permitidos o uso de protetores de mos nas paralelas, bandagens e aixas so permitidas; estas

devem estar bem presas e no devem atrapalhar a esttica da apresentao. Elas devem ser da cor bege. O uso de sapatilhas de ginstica e meias opcional.

1.3 Regras de competio para as ginastas Com respeito avaliao de um salto ou de um elemento novo, a ginasta deve entregar uma solicitao

por escrito, por intermdio do seu treinador ou chee de delegao, segundo o cronograma estabelecido

Reer to Article 5.5. She must rerain rom changing the height o any apparatus except on UB as described in Art. 1.1 At the start o the exercise, she must present hers el in the proper manner (raise up hand/hands) and

thereby acknowledge the D- Judges and then again acknowledge the D- Judges at the conclusion o herexercise.

She must observe that, at the start o the exercise, the green light is lit or that the D1- Judge has given avisible conspicuous signal to start her exercise.

She must begin the exercise within 30 seconds o the green light or signal rom D1 (on all apparatus). She has at her disposal 30 seconds ater a all rom UB (the timing starts when the gymnast is on

her eet ater the all) in which to recuperate, re-chalk, coner with her coach and remount the UB Ater a all at the balance beam she has 10 seconds (the timing star ts when the gymnast is on her

eet ater the all) in which to remount. She must leave the podium immediately ater the conclusion o her exercise. She must rerain rom any undisciplined or abusive behavior and rom otherwise abusing her rights or

inringing on those o any other participant. She must notiy the Superior Jury, i a necessity arises to leave the competition hall. The Competition may

not be delayed through her absence. Unexcused absence rom the competition hall leads to disqualication and to withdrawal o medals.

She must rerain rom speaking with active judges during the competition. She must participate in the respective Award Ceremony dressed in competition attire (leotards/unitards)

according to FIG Protocol Regulations. She must adhere to the rules in the FIG TR, as a reserve gymnastor Competition II and III.

Magnesia Usage In the preparation o the uneven bar, reasonable use o magnesia is permitted. Small markings with magnesia may be placed on the balance beam. The spreading o magnesia on the foor exercise mat is not allowed.

1.4 Gymnasts OathIn the name o all gymnasts I promise that we shall take part in this World Championships (or

any other ofcial FIG Event) respecting and abiding by the rules which govern them, committingourselves to a sport without doping and without drugs, in the true spirit o sportsmanship, or the

glory o sport and the honor o the gymnasts.

ARTICLE 2 Regulations for Coaches2.1 Rights and Responsibilities of CoachesEach coach must know the CODE OF POINTS and act according to the rules as specied below.

A ginasta deve evitar modicar a altura de qualquer aparelho exceto das PA como descrito no art. 1.1 No incio e na concluso de sua srie, a ginasta deve apresentar-se elevando os braos/mos de orma

apropriada aos rbitros da Banca D. A Ginasta deve certicar-se, antes do incio da apresentao de sua srie, que a luz verde esteja acesa ou

que o rbitro D1 tenha lhe dado um sinal visvel para iniciar sua srie. A Ginasta deve iniciar sua srie em at 30 segundos aps acesa a luz verde ou sinal do rbitro D1 (em

todos os aparelhos).

Aps uma queda a ginasta tem 30 segundos nas PA (o tempo comea a ser contado quando aginasta encontra-se em p aps sua queda) para se recuperar-se, azer uso do magnsio, e alar comseu treinador antes de reiniciar sua srie.

Na Trave de Equilbrio a ginasta tem apenas 10 segundos (o tempo comea a ser contado quando aginasta encontra-se em p aps sua queda) para retornar ao aparelho.

A Ginasta deve abandonar o pdium imediatamente aps o termino de sua apresentao. A Ginasta deve evitar qualquer comportamento indisciplinado ou abusivo; evitar abusar de seus direitos

ou inringir os direitos de qualquer outra participante. Se a ginasta necessitar abandonar o ginsio de competio dever noticar ao Jri Superior. A competio

no poder sorer atrasos em decorrncia de sua ausncia. A ausncia injusticada do ginsio de competio, resultar na desclassicao e devoluo das

medalhas. A Ginasta deve evitar comunicar-se com rbitros em atividade durante a competio. A Ginasta deve participar da respectiva cerimnia de premiao uniormizada (collant de competio) de

acordo com as regras de protocolo da FIG. Comoginasta reserva para a Competio II e III deve submeter-se s regras do RT FIG.

Utilizao de magnsio permitida a utilizao de magnsio de maneira razovel na preparao das paralelas assimtricas. permitido azer pequenas marcas com magnsio na trave. No permitido espalhar magnsio sobre o tablado.

1.4 Juramento dos GinastasEm nome de todas os ginastas prometo que participaremos neste Campeonato do Mundo (ou

qualquer outro evento ofcial da FIG) respeitando e cumprindo com as regras que a regem, noscomprometendo para um esporte sem doping e sem drogas, num verdadeiro esprito esportivo para

a glria do esporte e honra dos ginastas.

ARTIGO 2 Regras para os treinadores2.1 Direitos e Responsabilidades dos treinadoresOs treinadores devem conhecer o CDIGO DE PONTUAO e atuar de acordo com as regras como determinadoa seguir:

They must conduct themselves in a air and sportsmanlike manner at all times during thecompetition, in particular at the apparatus. during the march to and rom the apparatus. during their mandatory participation in the applicable award ceremony.

The coach is guaranteed the right to: assist the gymnast or team under her/his care on the podium during the warm-up period on all

apparatus, in particular at: vault to prepare the springboard and saety collar.

vault, uneven bars and balance beam to position the supplementary landing mat. uneven bars to adjust and prepare the uneven bar rails.

be present on the podium ater the green light is lit at uneven bars to remove the springboard, then spot during the entire exercise.

There may be a second person (coach or gymnast) on the podium to remove the board, aterwhich she/he must immediately leave the podium

at balance beam to remove the springboard (1 coach - ater which she/he must immediately leavethe podium) and,

to help at all apparatus in case o injuries or deects o the apparatus. assist and advise the gymnast during the intermediate all time period rom below the podium at uneven

bars and balance beam.

submit in writing, on behal o the gymnast and the delegation leader, a request: or the evaluation o a new vault or element (Reer to Article 5.5). to raise the rails at the uneven bars (Reer to Article 1.1) and,

submit the competition order and other inormation required as stipulated in the CODE OF POINTS and/or the FIG TR.

inquire to D- Panel concerning the evaluation o the content o the exercise o the gymnast (see TR 8.4). request a review o the Time and Line deductions.The coach is not permitted to: speak directly to the gymnast, give signals, shouts (cheers) or similar during the exercise. obstruct the view o the judges when:

remaining on the podium to spot at uneven bars or, when removing the springboard.

remove springs rom the springboard. inquire to E- Panel concerning the evaluation during the competition. engage in discussions with active judges within the inner circle and/or other persons outside o the inner

arena circle during the Competition (exception: team doctor, delegation leader). abuse her/his rights or interere with the rights o any other participant or, delay the competition.

Note: See Article 6 concerning Deductions or Violations and Unsportsmanlike Behavior

Devem comportar-se deorma justa e desportiva durante todo o perodo de competio, em particular: Nos aparelhos. No deslocamento de e para os aparelhos. Durante a participao obrigatria na correspondente cerimnia de premiao.

O treinador/a tem garantido o direito de: Auxiliar ginasta ou equipe sob sua responsa bilidade no pdium durante o perodo de aquecimento em

todos os aparelhos, em particular: No salto para preparar o trampolim e o colar de proteo. No salto, paralelas e trave para posicionar o colcho de aterrissagem suplementar.

Nas paralelas para ajustar e preparar os barrotes. Estar presente no pdium aps acesa a luz verde. Na paralela para retirar o trampolim e dar segurana durante toda srie.

permitida a presena de uma segunda pessoa (treinador ou ginasta) sobre o pdium pararetirar o trampolim e imediatamente aps dever abandonar o pdium.

Na trave para retirar o trampolim (1 treinador em seguida dever abandonar o pdium) e, Para auxiliar em todos os aparelhos no caso de leso ou deeito no aparelho.

Assessorar e aconselhar a ginasta duran te o tempo intermedirio de uma queda, debaixo do pdio nasparalelas e trave.

Apresentar por escrito uma solicitao, representando a ginasta e o chee de delegao solicitao: Para a avaliao de um salto ou elemento novo (veja o Artigo 5.5) Para aumentar a altura dos barrotes das paralelas (veja o Artigo 1.1) e,

Entregar a ordem de apresentao na competio e outras inormaes necessrias como estipulado noCDIGO DE PONTUAO e/ou no RT FIG.

Questionar a Banca D com respeito avaliao do contedo da srie da ginasta. (veja RT 8.4) Solicitar uma reviso do tempo e dedues por ultrapassar as linhas.Ao treinador no permitido: Falar diretamente com a ginasta, azer sinais, gritar ou atitudes similares durante sua srie. Obstruir a viso dos rbitros:

Quando permanecer no podium para dar segurana nas paralelas ou, Quando retirar o trampolim.

Retirar as molas do trampolim. Consultar a Banca E com relao ao julgamento durante a competio.

Envolver-se em discusses com rbitros em atividade dentro da rea de competio e/ou com outraspessoas que estejam ora da rea durante a competio. (exceo: mdico da equipe, chee de delegao).

Abusar de seus direitos ou intererir nos direitos de outros participantes ou, Atrasar a competio.

2.1.1 Number of Coaches Permitted in the Inner Circle Qualiying Competition (C-I) and Team Final Competition (C-IV) or:

complete teams - 1 emale and 1 male coach or 2 emale coaches; i only 1 coach, then the coachmay be a male.

nations with 3, 2 or 1 individual(s) 1 coach (F or M) All-Around Competition (C-II) and Apparatus Finals Competition (C-III) or:

each gymnast 1 coach (UB may be 2 persons).

2.2 Inquiries(Detailed Procedure for the request of marks reviews (Inquiry) as per T.R., Section1, Art. 8.4) Inquires or the D- Score are allowed, provided they are made verbally by the coach to the D1 Judge

immediately ater the publication o the score, or at the very latest beore the score o the ollowinggymnast is posted.

The inquiry must be conrmed in writing within a ew minutes by the coach to the President o theSuperior Jury

Upon receipt o a verbal inquiry, the D1 Judge immediately inorms the D2 Judge and the ApparatusSupervisor.

I the D1, D2 judge and the Apparatus Supervisor agree, the decision may be taken immediately withapproval o the President o the Superior Jur y. I they accept the inquiry, the case is concluded.

I they do not agree with the inquiry, or i there is no agreement between the three persons the nal

decision belongs to the Superior Jury. The nal decision (which may not be appealed) should be taken at the very latest:

at the end o the rotation or C-I, C-II and C-IV beore the score o the ollowing gymnast is shown in C-III

Notes: In the last rotation o C-II and C - IV beore the score o the ollowing gymnast is shown. Late inquiries will be rejected. A ederation is not allowed to complain against a gymnast rom anoth er ederation. Inquiries or Execution scores are not allowed. In case o any doubt, the decision should be in the benet o the gymnast.

The inquiry requires an agreement o payment rom the national ederation o:USD 300.- or the rst complaint;USD 500.- or the second complaint and,USD 1000. - or the third and subsequent complaints.

This amount has to be paid on the same day to the Secretary General o FIG. The President o the SuperiorJury shall orward a copy o all inquir ies to the FIG Secretary General as soon as possible but within 10days ater the event.

Should the initial inquiry be successul, then any subsequent inquiry will start rom USD

2.1.1 Nmero de treinadores permitidos na rea de competio Competio Classicatria (C-I) e Final por Equipes (C-IV) para:

Equipes completas treinadores:1 mulher e 1 homem ou 2 mulheres; se or somente um treinador,poder ser homem

Pases com 3, 2 ou 1 ginasta(s) individual(s) 1 treinador (mulher ou homem) Final Individual (C-II) e Final por Aparelhos (C-III) para:

Cada ginasta 1 treinador (PA podero ser 2 pessoas)

2.2 Recursos

(Procedimentos detalhados para requerer a reviso de notas (recursos) como noRT, seo 1, Art. 8.4) permitido questionamento verbal sobre a nota D pelo treinador ao rbitro D1 imediatamente aps a

divulgao da nota, ou no mximo at antes da nota da seguinte ginasta ser divulgada. O recurso deve ser conrmado por escrito, dentro de poucos minutos pelo treinador ao Presidente do Jri

Superior. Uma vez recebido um questionamento verbal o rbitro D1 inorma imediatamente o rbitro D2 e o

Supervisor do Aparelho. Se os rbitros D1 e D2 e o Supervisor do Aparelho concordarem, a deciso pode ser tomada imediatamente

com aprovao do presidente do Jri Superior. Se o recurso or aceito o caso concludo. Se no concordarem com o recurso, ou no h concordncia entre as 3 pessoas, a deciso caber ao Jri

Superior. A deciso nal (sobre esta deciso no h recurso) deve ser tomada at no mximo:

o nal do rodzio para a C-I, C-II e C- IV antes da nota da seguinte ginasta ser mostrada na C-III

Notas: no ltimo rodzio da C-II e C-IV antes da nota da ginasta seguinte ser mostrada. Recursos tardios sero rejeitados. No permitido a uma ederao azer queixas contra ginastas de outra ederao. Os recursos sobre a Nota E (Execuo) no so permitidos. Em caso de alguma dvida a deciso deve ser em benecio da ginasta.

Para a aceitao de um recurso necessrio o pagamento por parte da ederao nacional de:

US$ 300 para o primeiro recurso;US$ 500 para o segundo recurso eUS$ 1.000 para o terceiro recurso e os seguintes.

Este valor dever ser pago no mesmo dia para o Secretaria Geral da FIG. O Presidente do Jri Superiordever encaminhar o pagamento juntamente com a cpia do recurso para a Secretaria Geral da FIG omais rpido possvel num prazo de at 10 dias aps o evento.

Caso o recurso inicial seja deerido, os recursos subseqentes iniciaro no valor de US$ 300.

300.-. This principle applies to the second inquiry USD 500 or the third USD 1000.- and anysubsequent inquiries. The starting ee is relevant o the point o success o the inquiry.

Example:1st inquiry: USD 300.- I the inquiry is successul the sum or the 2nd inquiry is USD 300.-

I the frst inquiry is not successul, the second inquiry: USD 500.-

The ee o each non successul inquiry will be transerred to the FIG Foundation.

ARTICLE 3 WTC FunctionsAt ocial Competitions, the members o the FIG WTC will constitute the Superior Jury and act as ApparatusSupervisors.

3.1 The President of the WTCThe President o the WTC or her/his representative will serve as Chair o the Superior Jury. Her/hisresponsibilities and those o the Superior Jury include: The overall Technical Direction o the competition as outlined in the Technical Regulations. To supervise the checking o the apparatus measurement specications according to the FIG Apparatus

Norms. To call and chair all judges meetings and instruction sessions. To apply the stipulations o the Judges Regulations that applies to the competition.

To deal with requests or evaluation o new elements, raising the uneven bars, and other issues that mayarise.

To make sure that the time schedule published in the Work plan is respected. To control the work o the Apparatus Supervisors and intervene i deemed necessary. Except in case o an

inquiry, time or line errors, generally no change o score is allowed ater the score has been released by theApparatus Supervisors and fashed on the score board.

To decide the D- score in case o disagreement between the Apparatus Supervisor and the D Panel. To decide the adjustment o the respective score(s), in case o disagreement between the Apparatus

Supervisor and one or several E Panel Judges. To deal with inquiries as outlined herein. In cooperation with the members o the Superior Jury issue warnings and or replace any person acting in

any judging capacity who is considered to be unsatisactory or to have broken their oath. To conduct a global video analysis (post competition) with the TC to determine errors in judgment and to

determine the appropriate level o sanctioning to be issued to these judges who have made signicant andconsistent errors in judgment.

To submit a report to the FIG Executive Committee, which must be sent to the FIG Secretary General assoon as possible, but no later than 30 days ater the event, which contains the ollowing: General remarks about the competition including special occurrences and conclusions or the

uture. Detailed analyses o the judges perormance including proposals or rewarding the best judges and

sanction the judges who ailed to meet the expectations.

Exemplo:1 recurso: US$ 300. Se o recurso or deerido o valor para o 2 recurso de US$ 300.

A taxa de cada recurso que no obtiver xito dever ser transerida para a Fundao FIG.

ARTIGO 3 - Funes do CTFNas Competies ociais, as membros do CTF/FIG constituem o Jri Superior e atuam como Supervisoras dosAparelhos.

3.1 Presidente do CTFO Presidente do CTF ou seu representante ser a Presidente do Jri Superior. Sua sresponsabilidades e as do JriSuperior incluem: A Direo Tcnica geral da competio segundo se dene no Regulamento Tcnico. Supervisionar o controle das medidas dos aparelhos de acordo com as Normas dos Aparelhos da FIG. Convocar e dirigir todas as reunies de rbitros e sesses de instruo. Aplicar as especicaes do Regulamento de rbitros que se aplicam na competio.

Ocupar-se das solicitaes para a avaliao de elementos novos, aumento da altura dos barrotes e outrosproblemas que possam surgir. Assegurar-se de que o cronograma publicado no Plano de Trabalho seja cumprido. Controlar o trabalho das Supervisoras do Aparelho e intervir se considerar necessrio. Exceto no caso de

recursos, tempo e ultrapassagem das linhas, no permitido alterao de notas aps a sua liberao peloSupervisor do Aparelho e mostrada ao pblico.

Decidir a Nota D no caso de desacordo entre o Supervisor do Aparelho a Banca D. Decidir os ajustes das notas respectivas em caso der desacordo entre o Supervisor do Aparelho e um ou

vrios rbitros da Banca E. Ocupar-se dos recursos segundo explicado. Em cooperao com os membros do Jri Superior, elaborar advertncia ou substituir qualquer pessoa

relacionada com a arbitragem cuja atuao seja considerada insatisatria ou tenha quebrado seujuramento.

Fazer uma anlise de vdeo global (aps a competio) juntamente com CT para determinar erros dejulgamento e o nvel de punio a ser aplicado os rbitros que tenham cometido erros signicantes econstantes de julgamento.

Elaborar um relatrio para o Comit Executivo da FIG, que dever ser enviado Secretaria Geral da FIGassim que possvel, mas no em perodo superior a 30 dias aps o evento, contendo o seguinte: Comentrios gerais a respeito da competio incluindo ocorrncias especiais e concluses para o

uturo. Anlise detalhada do trabalho dos rbitros incluindo propostas para o premiar os melhores rbitros

e punir aqueles que no tenham alhado ao em atingir as expectativas.

I the dierences between the 4 counting deductions (scores), (or at competitions with our or ewer E-judges, the two middle deductions - scores) is higher than the tolerated deviations, ater reviewing herown score, the Apparatus Supervisor can decide: Not to intervenei the nal E- score is in her opinion acceptable, despite the dierences between

the counting deductions (scores) which are higher than the tolerated deviations,or

I an agreement can be ound, the Apparatus Supervisor shall release the score. I one or several E- Judges and the Apparatus Supervisor cannot agree, the Apparatus Supervisor must

inorm the judge(s) concerned about the nal Superior Jury decision, and then release the score. The Apparatus Supervisor, ater inorming the President o the Superior Jury, must intervene i the score

given by an individual judge or the average E- score is deemed impossible.

3.3.2 D - Score (Content)

The Apparatus Supervisor must intervene, ater inorming the President o the Superior Jury: I the D- Score is incorrect. In case o dierences between the D1 and the D2 Judges or between the D- Panel and the Apparatus

Supervisor, the Apparatus Supervisor settles the D- score ater consultation with, and the agreement o theD- Judges. In this case, the score can be released by the Apparatus Supervisor.

I the D- Judges and the Apparatus Supervisor cannot agree, the Superior Jury will decide the D- score. The Apparatus Supervisor must inorm the D- Panel judges about the decision and then release the score. Except in the case o an inquiry (see 2.2), no score may be changed ater it has been released by the

deve inormar aos rbitros em envolvidos sobre a deciso denitiva do Jri Superior e ento publicar anota.

O Supervisor do Aparelho, aps inormar ao Presidente do Jri Superior, deve intervir se a nota dada porum rbitro ou a mdia da Nota E parece impossvel.

O sistema IRCOS da FIG/Longines (se no estiver disponvel o vdeo tcnico) deve ser revisado em todos estescasos.

3.3.2 Nota de Diculdade (Contedo)O Supervisor do Aparelho deve intervir, aps inormar ao Presidente do Jri Superior: Se a Nota D or considera incorreta. No caso da dierena entre as notas dos rbitros D1 e D2 ou entre a Banca D e o Supervisor do Aparelho, o

Supervisor do Aparelho determinar a Nota D aps consulta e acordo com os rbitros D. Neste caso o Supervisor do Aparelho poder publicar a nota.

Se a Banca D e o Supervisor do Aparelho no chegam em acordo, a Nota D dever ser decidida pelo JriSuperior.

O Supervisor do Aparelho deve inormar aos rbitros da Banca D sobre a deciso e publicar a nota. Exceto no caso de algum recurso (veja 2.2), nenhuma nota poder ser mudada aps a publicao pelo

4.3 The Apparatus Jury (Judges Panels) The D- Judging Panels primary responsibility is to evaluate the maximum content value o the exercise. The E- Judging Panels primary responsibility is to evaluate the execution and artistry aults occurring

during the perormance o the exercise. The D- and E- Judging Panels will be drawn to their unctions under the authority o the WTC and in

accordance with TR 7.10, current FIG Judges Rules, FIG Judges Rules or WAG.The structure o the Apparatus Jury or the various types o competitions should be as ollows (See Chart-

4.3.1 Functions of the D - Panel D - Panel Judges record the entire program content in symbol notation, evaluate independently, withoutbias and then jointly determine the Dscore content. Discussion is allowed.

D2 judges enter the D- score into the computer. In case o disagreement between D1 and D2 judges, the counsel o the Apparatus Supervisor must be

solicited by the D1 Judge. D1 Judge supervises the work o the Assistants (Time and Line Judges) and Secretaries, as specied in

Sections 4.3.3 & 4.3.4 in particular the correct working order within the team or mixed group.

4.3 O Jri dos Aparelhos (Bancas de Arbitragem) A principal responsabilidade da Banca D avaliar o valor mximo do contedo das sries. A principal responsabilidade da Banca E avaliar as alhas de execuo, composio e apresentao

artstica, que ocorrem durante as sries. As Bancas D e E sero sorteados para suas unes sob a autoridade do CTF e de acordo com o RT 7.10,

O rbitro D2 registra a nota-D no terminal de computador. No caso de discordncia entre os rbitros D1 e D2, o rbitro D1 deve consultar o Supervisor do Aparelho. O rbitro D1 supervisionar o trabalho das Assistentes (cronometristas e rbitros de linha) e Secretrias,

como especicado nas Sees 4.3.3 & 4.3.4 Em particular em relao correta ordem de apresentao dentro de uma equipe ou grupo misto.

The D- score (content) of the exercise includes: Diculty Value, Connection Value, Composition Requirements

After the Competition the D- Panel Will submit a competition report as dir ected by the WTC President with the ollowing inormation: orms

listing violations, and questionable decisions with the number and name o the gymnast. submit this report as soon as possible ater the competition, as directed by WTC President.

They must make their symbol notations available during consultations. They must submit their symbol notations sheets at the end o the competition.

4.3.2 Functions of the E-Panel

They must observe the exercises attentively and evaluate the aults and apply the correspondingdeductions correctly, independently and without bias.

They must record the deductions or: General Faults, Specic Apparatus Execution Faults, Artistry Faults.

They evaluate with deductions in t enths o points [e.g. 0.40 P.]. They must complete the score slip (appendix IV) with a legible signature or enter their deductions into

the computer or Execution/technique (general and specic) aults, Artistry aults.

They must be able to provide a personal written record o their evaluation o all exercises. I manual scoring is used, they must check that the runners immediately take their score slips. With manual scoring the fashing o the six E- scores should occur simultaneously.

4.3.3 Functions of the Assistants They are drawn rom among the Brevet judges to serve as:

A Banca D az a deduo por ajuda, da nota nal de: Salto, durante a srie ou nas sadas. A Banca D deve inormar o Supervisor do Aparelho no caso de conduta antidesportiva do treinador.

Aps da competio a Banca D Dever entregar um relatrio da competio como indicado pelo Presidente do CTF com as seguintes

inormaes: ormulrios detalhando as violaes, decises questionveis com o nmero e nome daginasta. Entregar este relatrio o mais rpido possvel aps o trmino da competio, como determina o

Presidente do CTF. Devem manter suas anotaes em simbologia disponveis durante as consultas. Devem enviar suas anotaes em simbologia no nal da competio.

4.3.2 Funes da Banca E Devem observar as sries atentamente e avaliar corretamente as alhas com suas dedues

correspondentes, independentemente e sem parcialidade. Devem registrar as dedues por:

Falhas gerais. Falhas de Execuo especcas do aparelho. Falhas de Apresentao Artstica.

Os rbitros azem dedues em dcimos de ponto [ex. 0.40 P.] Devem preencher a olha de notas (apndice IV) com assinatura legvel ou registrar no terminal do

computador suas dedues por: Falhas de execuo/tcnica (gerais e especcas) Apresentao artstica

Devem ornecer um registro pessoal, por escrito, de suas avaliaes de todas as sries. Se utilizado um sistema manual, devem certicar-se que os estaetas levem imediatamente suas olhas

de notas. Com o sistema manual as seis notas E devem ser mostradas simultaneamente.

4.3.3 Funes das Assistentes As Assistentes so sor teadas entre os rbitros com Brevet para atu ar como:

rbitros de linha no solo e salto para determinar a sada da rea demarcada e noticar a altalevantando uma bandeira.

4.3.4 Functions of the SecretariesThe Secretaries, with FIG Brevet, are usually appointed by the Organizing Committee. Under the supervision othe D1 Judge they are responsible or correctness o all entries (proceedings) into the computers: adherence to the correct order o the teams and gymnasts, operating the green and red lights, correct fashing o the Final Score.

4.4 Seating Arrangement for the Apparatus Jury (Judges Panels)The judges must be placed as ar away as possible rom the apparatus, on elevated podiums (minimum at hipheight with podium on UB, BB & FX), in order to aord an undisturbed view o the exercise. D- Panel Judges must be in line with the center o the apparatus. The timer(s) sit by the Apparatus Jury (either side), indicated by ASST in the seating diagram.

The line judges at FX must sit at opposite corners and observe the 2 lines closest to them. The placement o the E- jury will be clockwise around the apparatus beginning rom the let o the D-

Panel.

Seating o the Apparatus Jury at the vault should be at least a 2 meter distance rom the vaulting table, placedrom the apparatus center toward the landing side. The judges on Vault must be placed at eye level with the vaulting table so that both fight phases are

visible to all judges.

The line judge at Vault must sit at the ar corner o the landing side.Recommendation or Seating o the Apparatus Jury when a podium is available.

4.3.4 Funes das SecretriasAs Secretrias, com Brevet da FIG, so normalmente indicadas pelo Comit Organizador. Sob a superviso dorbitro D1 so responsveis pelo registro correto de todas as entradas nos computadores: ordem de apresentao correta das equipes e ginastas manuseio das luzes verde e vermelha apresentao correta da Nota Final.

4.4 Posicionamento correto do Jri do Aparelho (Banca de Arbitragem)Os rbitros devem estar posicionados o mais distante possvel do aparelho, se possvel sobre um pdium elevado(mnimo na altura do quadril para as PA, Trave e Solo), para uma visualizao sem perturbaes das sries. A Banca D deve estar alinhada com o centro do aparelho. A cronometrista(s) dever sentar-se ao lado do Jri do Aparelho (de cada lado), indicado com as siglas

ASST no diagrama. Os rbitros de linha do Solo devem sentar-se em cantos opostos e devero observar as 2 linhas mais

prximas a elas. O posicionamento da Banca E ser em sentido horrio ao redor do aparelho comeando da esquerda da

Banca D.

Para o salto o Jri do Aparelho deve posicionar-se pelo menos a 2 metros de distncia da mesa de salto,

posicionado a partir do centro do aparelho na direo rea de aterrissagem. Os rbitro do Salto devem esta colocados de tal oram que seus olhos estejam alinhados na altura da

mesa de Salto, desta orma ambas as ases de vo sero visveis para todos os rbitros.O rbitro de linha do Salto deve sentar-se prximo ao canto mais aastado.Recomendaes para distribuio do Jri dos Aparelhos quando o pdium est disponvel.

Se um elemento r econhecido como outro da Tabela de Diculdades, devido a uma alha tcnica e,posteriormente, o elemento executado sem alha tcnica, o VD dos dois elementos ser considerado.

Exemplo: Switch leap com a primeira perna abaixo de 45 reconhecido como salto Espacato e, se maistarde na srie executado um Switch leap com tcnica correta o VD de ambos ser reconhecido.

5.3.3 Exigncias de Composio (EC) 2.50 ptsAs Exigncias de Composio so descritas nos ar tigos dos respectivos aparelhos.Um mximo de 2.50 pts possvel. Um elemento pode atender mais que uma EC; porem, um elemento no pode ser repetido para atender

outra EC.

5.3.4 Valor de Ligao (VL)O Valor de Ligao obtido mediante combinaes nicas com elementos de alto VD nas Paralelas, Trave eSolo. Elementos utilizados para VL no precisam estar entre os 08 elementos considerados para o VD (com

exceo nas PA - veja 9.2). VL nas Paralelas, Trave e Solo so avaliados como:

Formulas or CV are described in the respective apparatus Articles 9.4, 10.4 and 11.4. All acrobatic fight elements (FX - without hand suppor t only) and dance elements as specied in the CV

ormulas, may be used. Devalued Elements may be used or CV.In order to be credited, the connection must be perormedwithout a all. Elements may not be repeated in another connection or CV.

Recognition occurs in chronological order.

Elements on UB and acrobatic elements on BB and FX may be perormed two times (2x) within one connection examples: UB Tkatchev 2x BB aerial walkover, aerial walkover FX indirect or direct connection with whip salto backward 2x to double salto backward piked.

The order o succession o elements within a connection can be reely chosen on BB, FX and UB (unlessthere is a special requirement or CV recognition ).

All connections must bedirect; only on Floor can acrobatic connections be indirect.

Direct Connections are those in which acrobatic, dance or mixed elements are perormed without: hesitation or stop between elements extra step between elements oot touching beam between elements loss o balance between elements additional arm/leg swing

Direct connection o leaps or acrobatic elements inone direction are recognized, when there is a: landing rom the 1st element, ollowed by an immediate take-o/rebound into the 2nd element or landing rom the 1st element on one leg and placing the ree leg with an immediate rebound rom

the take-o leg into the 2nd element.

Timing: Connections o Acrobatic elementsorward/backward(or reversed) and Dance/Acro (or reversed): It is a eeling o continuous dynamic rhythm without slowing down or stopping between landing

and take-o. There is not a rebounding eect, as is perormed with 2 acro elements moving in the same direction

- orward or backward.

Indirect Connections (only in acrobatic series on FX), are those in which directly connected acrobaticelements with fight phase and hand support (rom Group 3, e.g. round-o, fic-fac, etc. as preparatoryelements) are perormed between saltos. With the direct connection o two or more elements, the second element may be used

O reconhecimento eito em ordem cronolgica.

Os elementos na Paralelas, e os elementos acrobticos na Trave e Solo podem ser realizados duas (2x)vezes em uma mesma ligao - exemplos: Paralelas Tkatchev 2x Trave Reverso para rente sem mos, reverso para rente sem mos Solo ligao direta ou indireta com fic sem mos - 2x e duplo mortal para trs carpado.

A ordem de apresentao dos elementos nas ligaes pode ser escolhida livremente nas PA, trave e Solo (amenos que exista alguma exigncia especial para reconhecimento do VL).

Todas as ligaes devem serdiretas; somente no Solo as ligaes acrobticas podem serindiretas.

Ligaes diretas so aquelas em que os elementos acrobticos, dana ou elementos mistos so executadossem:

hesitao ou parada entre os elementos passo extra entre os elementos toque do p na trave entre os elementos desequilbrio entre os elementos balano adicional de braos/pernas

Ligaes diretas entre saltos ou elementos acrobticos em uma direo so reconhecidas, quandoapresentam:

Aterrissagem do primeiro elemento seguida de impulso imediato para o segundo elemento, ou Aterrissagem do primeiro elemento em uma perna e apoio da perna livr e para imediato impulso

para o segundo elemento.Ritmo: ligao de elementos pararente/trs (ou vice-versa) e elementos de dana/acrobtico (ou vice-versa):

a sensao de ritmo contnuo, dinmico sem perda de velocidade ou interrupo entreaterrissagem e repulso.

Sem eeito de repulso, como visto quando so apresentados 2 elementos acrobticos na mesmadireo - para rente ou para trs.

Ligaes indiretas (somente para as seqncias acrobticas no Solo), so aqueles em que so apresentadoselementos acrobticos com ase de vo e apoio das mos (do Grupo 3, ex: rodante, fic-fac. etc. como elementospreparatrios) executados entre mortais. Nas ligaes diretas entre 2 ou mais elementos, o segundo elemento pode ser utilizados:

5.6 Recognition of New Vaults and ElementsThe coaches and gymnasts are encouraged to submit new vaults and elements that have not yet been perormedand/or do not yet appear in the Table o Elements to the WTC by electronic mail, acsimile or post at any time

during the year. In principle, only those elements which have been perormed will appear in the Code o Points. In order to be recognized as a new element, the element must be successully perormed (without a all)

or the rst time at an FIG Ocial Competition:World ChampionshipsOlympic Games

No element will be named i there is more than one gymnast who has perormed it or the rst time. Theelement must be minimum C di culty.

The new elements must be presented no later than the day and hour, as stipulated in the Work Plan. Therequest or evaluation must be accompanied with technical drawings and gures, as well as with a videocassette.

The FIG/WTC will evaluate concerning: Diculty Value o new vaults (vault group and number) Diculty Value o new elements

5.6 Reconhecimento de Novos Saltos e ElementosOs tcnicos e ginastas so incentivados a enviar novos Elementos e Saltos que ainda no tenham sidoapresentados e /ou ainda no estejam na Tabela de Elementos para CTF via e-mail, ax ou regular

correspondncia a qualquer perodo do ano. Em princpio somente os elementos que j tenham sido apresentados constaro no Cdigo de Pontuao Para que seja reconhecido como um novo o elemento deve ser executado com xito (sem queda) pela

primeira vez em uma competio ocial da FIG:Campeonatos do MundoJogos Olmpicos

Nenhum elemento receber nome se existir mais de uma ginasta que o execute pela primeira vez. Oelemento dever ter diculdade de no mnimo C.

Os novos elementos devem ser apresentados at o dia e hora estabelecidos no Plano de Trabalho. O pedidode avaliao deve estar acompanhado de desenhos e guras tcnicas, assim como uma ta de vdeo

cassete ou outros. O CTF/FIG avaliar com respeito ao: Valor de Diculdade dos Saltos novos (grupo de Salto e nmero) Valor de Diculdade dos elementos novos

A avaliao pode ser dierente em comparao aos valores recebidos em competies no ociais da FIG. A deciso ser comunicada o mais breve possvel por escrito para:

5.7 FIG Code UpdatesAter the Ocial FIG Competitions the FIG/WTC publishes a Code Update which includes all new elements and variations with a number and illustration.The Code Update will be sent by the FIG Secretary General to all aliated ederations, including the eectivedate, rom which time it is valid or all urther FIG competitions.

5.7 Atualizao do Cdigo da FIGAps uma competio ocial da FIG o CTF publicar a Atualizao do Cdigo que incluir: todos os elementos novos e variaes com um nmero e ilustrao.

A Secretaria Geral da FIG enviar a Atualizao do Cdigo a todas as ederaes liadas, incluindo a data apartir da qual o elemento ser vlido para todas as competies da FIG.
