LO RENZO MARTINEZ in his second long playing album with hi~ enormous. musical talent is taking us on a trip of the past wIth emphasIs on our beautiful culture. Starting with the entry march of a newly married couple, "La Marcha Oe Los Novios" on Side A of this LP and continuing with an emotional and festive wedding mood until he finishes with the traditional blessing of the newly married couple "La Entrega Oe Los Noviosw. All arrangements from "La Raspa", :'Los Redondos", "Chotas", and "Cutilios" are interpreted here by this talented young man who startsd his musical career at the age of 6 years. At .the agl! of 22 and utilizing all the electronic technology avaIlable, LORENZO plays each instrument in this LP. First he recorded the guitar, secondly the Bass (Bajol. then the Rhythm (Vihuela) and finally. first and second violin. The results of these exacting and delicate ·endeavors has made us very proud of what has been, and continues to be our glorious culture. Herman Martinez, engineer of the Alta Vista Studios claims that LORENZO is a musical genius. After listening to this album we believe he has every right to make such a statement. And you too will be proud when you listen to the music of this young and brilliant New Mexican artist.

LORENZO MARTINEZ en este su segundo disco de larga duracion, a travas de su enorme talento musical, logra lIevarnos en un viaj!! al pasado con enfasis a nuestra hermosa cultura. Empesando con "La Marcha De Los Novios" en ellado "A" de ests LP, continua con una escala emocionante y festiva en un ambiente nupcial hasta terminar con el ultimo cuadro musical "La Entrega De Los Novios", Todos los numeros desde "La Raspa", "Los Radondos", "Chotes" y "Cutilios" son interpretados aqui como solamente esta guapo joven, quien c,gmenzo su carrera artistica musical ala tierna edad de seis anos, 10 puede hacer. Ahora a los 22 anos de edad y utilizando la tecnologia electronica obtenible, LORENZO es 81 que toca cada instrumento an este LP. Primeramente grabo la guitarra, en seq uida el bajo, despues la vihuela y final mente primer y sagundo violin. Los resultados de estos esfuarsos exigentes y delicados nos dan la razon para sentir un orgullo feroz en 10 que fue, es y continuara siendo nuastra gloriosa cultura.
