exposed metal parts for AC leakage.Check leakage as described below.LEAKAGETESTThe AC leakage from any exposed metal part to earth ground and from all exposed metal parts to any exposed metal part having a return to chassis, mustnotexceed0.5mA(500microamperes.).Leakagecurrentcanbe measured by any one of three methods.1.A commercial leakage tester, such as the Simpson 229 or RCA WT-540A.Followthemanufacturersinstructionstousetheseinstru-ments.2.A battery-operated AC milliammeter. The Data Precision 245 digital multimeter is suitable for this job.3.Measuring the voltage drop across a resistor by means of a VOM or battery-operated ACvoltmeter.Thelimitindicationis0.75V,so analog meters must have an accurate low-voltage scale. The Simpson 250andSanwaSH-63TrdareexamplesofapassiveVOMthatis suitable. Nearly all battery operated digital multimeters that have a 2 V AC range are suitable. Durante o reparo tenha cuidado pa-ra no causar danos a unidade, devido a cargas eletroestticas e sigacorretamente os procedimentos descritos nesse manual para a exe-cuo de reparos e troca de componentes.As placas de circuito impresso podem ser facilmente danificadas.Tenha cuidado ao manusea-las.SOLDA SEM CHUMBOPlacas que exigem o uso de solda sem chumbo so impressas coma marca LF (lead free) indicando que a solda no contem chumbo.(Ateno: Algumas placas de circuito impresso podem no ter essamarca devido ao seu tamanho reduzido.) : IDENTIFICAO DA SOLDA SEM CHUMBOA solda livre de chumbo tem as seguintes caracteristicas:Derreteaumatemperatura40Cmaiorqueasoldacomum. Ferros de solda comuns podem ser usados mas a ponta tem queser aplicada sobre a solda por um tempo maior.Ferros de solda com ajuste de temperatura devem ser ajustadosno valor de 350 C.Ateno:A impressao da placa (trilhas de cobre) pode se soltarse a ponta permanecer por muito tempo.
