Actuation options: • Spring return with normally closed valve (SR - NC)• Spring return with normally open valve (SR - NO)• Double acting (DA)

Working pressures:• With actuator for maximum pressure PN6 (normally closed valve) • With actuator for maximum pressure PN10 (normally closed valve)• PN10 (Normally open or double acting)

Actuator characteristics:

• The actuator could be tourned in any installing position• Lip seal placed in the cylinder rather than on the piston• Driving media: compressed air, lubricated or dry, gas or neutral media. • Piloting head inserts in AISI 316• Visual position indicator• ATEX Certificated Actuator

Optional accessories:

• Stroke limiter: Mechanical adjustment of the valve opening

• Emergency manual override: In normally closed valves, it allows to open the valve in case of lack of pilot air

• Mechanical or inductive limit switch box: Control box to check the open/closed position

• NAMUR connection: additional plate to mount a NAMUR solenoid valve to operate the actuator

• NAMUR Speed block: it is used in combination with a NAMUR solenoid valve and serves to provide independent speed control of both the opening and closing strokes

Características del actuador:

• Es posible girar el actuador en cualquier posición de instalación• Junta de labio en el cilindro y no en el pistón• Fluido de pilotaje: aire comprimido, lubricado o seco, gas o medio neutro. • Insertos de conexión del pilotaje en AISI 316• Indicador visual de posición• Actuador certificado ATEX

Accesorios opcionales:

• Limitador de carrera: permite el ajuste mecánico de la apertura de la válvula.

• Mando manual de emergencia: en válvulas normalmente cerradas, permite la apertura de la válvula en caso de falta de aire

• Caja final de carrera mecánicos o inductivos: para detectar el estado de la válvula, abierta o cerrada

• NAMUR connection: placa opcional para poder montar electro-válvulas NAMUR para operar el actuador.

• Bloque de regulación de velocidad NAMUR: en combinación con una electroválvula NAMUR, permite la regulación de la veloci-dad tanto en la apertura como en el cierre de la válvula.
