Badminton is a racket sport that is similar to tennis but the racquets are thinner.
It's good for you because you jump, run and use your arms.
It can be played individually or in pairs.
Volleyball is a beach sport and gym sport. It`s good for building strong legs.
Volleyball is very good because you exercise many body parts: the arms, the legs, and the rest of the body.
