11 Inspection and testing on completion of the installation
11.1 Installations using expanding anchors, resin bonded anchors
or through type anchorsinstalled in structures which do not have a
cavity.11.1.1 After installation each anchor device should be
submitted to an out force of 6 kN
unless it includes elements designed to deform! to confirm the
soundness of the completeassembly including the structural anchor.

masonry,into ad%acent masonry units in order to test the strength
of the mortar %oint as well as thestructural anchor, as shown in

cracking or any otherform of failure of the surrounding structure,
including mortar %oints in the case of masonry.
