Alm disso, percebe-se que no interior dessas redes,na constante tenso entre as diferenas que ela comporta,formam-se redes de conhecimentos, que alimentam eredefinem constantemente as aes.

Analysis of social networks application in thestudies of information transfer

    Abstract

The social networks analysis method applied to informationflow and transfer studies is discussed through the findings of aresearch project carried out upon organized social movementsat Leopoldina suburbs (Rio de Janeiro). To studycircumscribed groups information flows and communicationstructures, the ways informations circulate and are applied asresources of the struggle for better living condition wereobserved. Some measurements of the social networks analysismethod matched with qualitative method instruments wereapplied. The results showed that some role players areresponsible for networks dynamization, holding strategicpositions, that also ensure them, the recognition by otheragents. It can be noted that in the middle of these networks, through the constant tension between differences comprised, knowledge networks are formed, which in turn feed andredefine actions.
