Assistant Scoutmaster :f'or Troop 146. Troop 146 operates out o£ the West Hart:f'ord ~ethodist Church.
My client in£orms me that last night he vas told by Robert Capuano, Troop 146•s Scoutmaster, that he could no longer serve as an Assistant Scoutmaster. When queried by my client, it appears that Mr. Capuano's orders came £rom Dennis Kohl via Jerry Green. It appears that the alleged reason f'or the dismissal is that my client vas. not· a registered member of: the Boy Scouts o£ America.
Needless to say, my client is very much distur?e<I and distressed over last night's conduct, aspecially .,..hen he was advised never to appear in a scout unif'orm ~a.in. As the enclosed photocopy o£ my client's certi.f'icate ·indicates, he is a bona f'ide registered Assistant Scoutmaster vi th the Boy Scouts o:f' America. I believe that an apology is in order and. that this matter should be rectified at once. I.f it is not, then stronger measures may be in order.
In addition, rny client has indicated to me that there i.s a personnel f'ile in your possession concerning his conduct in the Boy Scouts of' America. Could you please provide me vith copies o:f' each and every document contained the :r-ein.
