Context

Large program of favelas (slum) upgrading and their integration into the urban tissue

Many interventions are planned Infrastructure upgrading, roads, sewage and

draining, water supply, garbage collection, etc Impact evaluation will look into the

following key identified areas:▪ IBASE: participatory diagnostic process▪ Service delivery and Operation & Maintenance▪ POUSO (Advanced Post for Urban and Social

Orientation)
