Continuous, belt driven FilamentWinding Machines
Main characteristics of our CM machines:
Production speeds of up to 40 m per hour;Pipe nominal pressures
of up to 32 bar;
Pipe stiffness from 2500 to 10.000 N/m2;
Joints: sleeve, with rubber seal or bonded.
CM configurations available:

Induction system for the heating up of the steel band;Premixing
of sand and resin for construction of structural layer;

Lamellar Continuous Filament Winding Machine
Our innovative and absolutely unique LAMELLAR machine for
thecontinuous production of GRP and GRE pipes is the only machine
of itskind in the world, capable of winding pipes from ND 100
mm!
Main characteristics:
GRP/GRE production: ND 100 600 mm;Production speeds up to 40 m
per hour;
UV or IR curing;
NP up to 32 bar
Stiffness from 2500 to 10.000 N/m2
Joints: sleeve, with rubber seal or bonded.
The advantages from the mechanical point of view are:
the use of a lamellar mandrel instead of the traditional steel
band;
higher productivity;
overall compact size of plant;
easier/quicker dismantling and assembly during diameter
changes;
reduced manpower and maintenance.
The advantages from the chemical point of view are:
optional use of UV-curable and hybrid dual-curable resins;
optional use of UV curing instead of IR lamps;
on-line monitoring of polymerisation by ultrasound
techniques.
