We are one team and are working together to accomplish our goal o

ensuring that the Arab Games are remembered as an absolute success andthat a positive legacy endures or the uture o Qatar.

AGOCs vision was inspired by His Highness the Emir, Sheikh Hamad binKhalia Al Thani and His Highness the Heir Apparent, Sheikh Tamim binHamad Al Thani. We are uniying our eorts and co-ordinating with othergovernmental and non-governmental organisations to enhance Qatarsachievements on the global stage, and correctly position Qatar as a must-see destination, as well as a major organiser o mega international sportingevents.

An event o the size and importance o the Arab Games could only be

documented by a set o publications which would enable those who attendthe event easily to ollow its competitions and various activities. At the sametime, the publications refect the achievements o Qatari youth, whether thosewho are taking part in organising the event, or those who raise high thefag o Qatar by winning medals and achieving outstanding perormances.
