1. The Competition

1.1 RequirementsOnly such races will be taken into consideration for FIS points rankingsthat meet the following requirements:- Announcement of the competition in the International FIS Calendar.- Additional races which are registered at the FIS office and the National

Federations being informed at least 21 days prior to the firstcompetition.

- Strict observance of the International Competition Rules (ICR).

1.2 Evaluation PeriodCentral Europe, North America and Asia.The evaluation period for Central Europe, North America and Asia startsOctober 1st and ends April 30th. Exception: FIS World Cup Points

1.2.1 Southern HemisphereFor the Southern Hemisphere, the evaluation period starts July 1st andends September 30th.

1.3 Schedule Changes, Moving and CancellationChanges in schedule, i.e. moving the race to another date or site,

cancellation of competition, or essential changes in the race program mustat once be communicated to the:- FIS Office, CH-3653 Oberhofen/Thunersee,

- National Associations- Technical Delegate (TD) assigned to the competition

2. The Competitors

2.1 Registration- Competitors are registered by using the FOU System on the FIS

website via the Member Section: http://www.fis-ski.com. Change thestatus active to inactive for all those competitors who should not beincluded on the FIS points list anymore. Competitors with the statusactive will be considered as registered for the coming season. Injuredcompetitors must remain active with the FIS to maintain injuryprotection.

- Only competitors who have signed the Athletes Declaration as per ICRart. 203.3 may be registered for a FIS License.

The National Ski Association is responsible that they have appropriateinsurance and have signed the FIS athletes declaration.

- Active (in the FIS points list): The status active remains also if athletesdo not participate at a FIS event. Status changes from active toinactive can only be done between 01.06. and 31.12.

- Only competitors with an active FIS code are allowed to participate inFIS events. Entries are controlled by the Organiser and the FIS

Technical Delegate.

2.1.1 First RegistrationAt the time of first registration of competitors for the FIS points list, FISpoints as well as already notified FIS Code numbers (see art 2.2) must becontrolled precisely. If they are wrong, the points and the competitionswhere they were earned, must be indicated.

2.2 Code NumberOnly competitors (Ladies and Men) with a valid FIS code are admitted tothe races.

3. Validity of the Individual Points Lists and PrintingDeadlinesThe validity of the lists is scheduled in coordination with the competitionschedule for Olympic Winter Games, World Championships and WorldCup events.

3.2 Period of ObjectionThe National Associations may contest the accuracy of one FIS points listuntil the printing deadline of the following list by addressing their objectionto the FIS Office. Protests received after the date indicated cannot beconsidered nor may any claims be made during seeding and drawing.

4. FIS Snowboard Points

4.1 Race Points Calculation ProcessFor every international competition registered in the FIS calendar, FISSnowboard race points are awarded from 1st place down to, and including,100th place.Points will be awarded to 90% of the ranked competitors, maximum toplace 100. The calculated 90% will be always rounded up (e.g. 41,1 % -FIS points to place 42).

4.1.2.6 Selection of the scale for level 2, level 3 and level 4 competitions- The calculation for the FIS point level of an international competition is

based on the average FIS points of the best 5 competitors who havestarted in the respective competition (behind comma always rounded upe.g. 380,4 - 381 points).

- At an international Snowboard competition FIS points will be awarded if5 competitors with or without FIS points have started and at least 3have finished.

- No matter, if only 3 or 4 competitors have finished the competition, thedivision is always by 5. After the calculation of the average points, oneof the scales which are listed under item 4.1.1 is selected.

- To choose the best possible scale, the average point value must beequal to or higher than the corresponding entry point.

4.2 FIS Points Calculation Process

4.2.1 Evaluated results- For each new list the best two results from the previous 12 months will

be taken into considertion.

4.2.2 Recalculation during the season- For the first competition of each list period the FIS points will berecalculated.

4.2.3 Two or more results- If a competitor has two or more results in the previous 12 months, the

FIS points will be calculated as follows:- Average of the two best results

4.2.4 Improvement During One Season- The points can be improved after each list period.

4.2.5 Deterioration between list periods

4.2.5.1 No results- If a competitor does not have any valid results in the previous 12

months, but he has valid results in a previous FIS points list, theseresults will be reduced by 80 % per 12 months.

4.2.5.2 Deterioration between periodsFrom one list to the next, a competitor cannot worsen his FIS point valueby more than 40%.In case that the competitors points should worsen more than 40%(accordingly to rules 4.2.5 and 4.2.36) a limit of 40% will apply.

4.2.5.3 One resultIf a competitor has only one result in the previous 12 months, the FIS

points will be calculated as follows:- Result minus 40 % with a maximum reduction of 80% (see no results).

4.2.6 Injury status- Each National FIS Ski or Snowboard Association must apply to the FIS

within 3 weeks after an injury with the official form and a medicalcertificate that the points will be frozen.The application of injury status is valid for one year after the 1st start.This is not valid for the World Cup Standing injury status.

4.2.6.1 Conditions

- After the injury date, once a competitor has started in 3 races , in one ormore events the injury status will be deleted.- If a competitor has more than 3 starts, during this injury period, the FIS

points will be calculated according to the normal FIS points rules.- If a competitor has less than 3 starts the better result of the following

two calculation methods will be considered:a) normal FIS points calculationb) reduction of 40%

- Competitors must remain registered as active with the FIS to maintaininjury protection.

4.2.7 Professional Obligations or Military Service

4.2.7.1 If a National Ski- and or Snowboard Association submits an application fora study or military status certifying that a racer will not be able tocompete due to professional obligations (studies) or military service andhas indicated why and how long the competitor was prevented fromracing, the procedure will be handled according art 4.2.6.

4.2.7.2 ApplicationsApplications for status due to professional obligations or military service

must be submitted of the FIS Office prior to the beginning of theprofessional obligations.

4.3 Anti-Doping Rule violationA competitor subject to an anti-doping rule violation will have previouslyachieved FIS points deleted according to article 10.1.2 FIS Anti DopingRules.

5. The FIS Points lists5.1 The FIS points lists are only available electronically and can be

downloaded free of charge from theftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files Recommendation: Install the FIS list programme (Fislistsetup.exe) on yourcomputer, also available onftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs. With thisyou can easily work with the FIS points!

5.1.1 SBFPxxx.zip is the file and valid with the FIS points list program (the xxxis always the number of the list and season - for example 1st List2011/2012=SBFP121F.zip = full list or SBFP121P = only updatedinformation since last list).

5.2 The FIS Points

5.2.1 For the following disciplines, FIS points are calculated:- Parallelslalom, Slalom, Parallel Giant Slalom, Giant Slalom & Super-G- Halfpipe- Snowboard Cross- Big Air- Slopestyle

5.2.2 Ranking ListAll ladies and men (for five disciplines) up to 200th place.

5.2.3 Alphabetical ListAll ladies and men (for five disciplines) with their year of birth and their FISpoints.

5.2.4 Competitors with the same FIS pointsIn the case there are competitors with the same FIS points, the order willbe determined by the best result. If also these results are the same, thesecond best respectively the third best results will be used. If the order cannot be evaluated, both competitors receive the same place in the FISpoints list.

5.2.5 Special IdentificationThe competitors with penalties are identified as follows:- Competitors which have only one result (4.2.5.3)* Competitors which fall under rule (4.2.5.2)< No results (4.2.5.1)# Competitors with injury status (4.2.6 a or b)

6. Registration Fees

6.1 Registration Fee per Season for each CompetitorEntries through the FOU System: The registration fee for each competitor

is CHF 33.-- during the entire season.Entries through the FIS Office: Until 31st December, registration fee of

CHF 33.--.As from 1st January, registration fee ofCHF 50.--.

6.2 Registration Fee with Points ConfirmationFor registrations, with an immediate FIS points confirmation (immediatevalidity of the points) on request of the National Ski Association, theregistration fee is increased to CHF 80. per competitor.

6.3 Method of Payment- Beginning of the season each NSA will receive an invoice for 70% of its

total 2011/2012 invoice that will be debited from its FIS account. At theend of the season, each NSA will receive a detailed season invoice forall registered athletes and the balance will either be debited or creditedthrough its FIS NSA account.

7. Instructions for Organizers and Technical Delegates

7.1 Electronic Data TransmissionThe results must be transmitted electronically and in FIS format (E-Mail:[email protected]) the TD must supervise the correct transmissionof the results and make a corresponding report and also check if theresults on the website are correct. Please fax or e-mail the TD reports ofthe races, which take place within 10 days before a deadline immediatelyto the FIS. Results without TD and Timing reports will be no longerincluded in the FIS points list. !For results which are not sent electronically in the FIS format close to theprinting deadline, there is no guarantee that the results will be published inthe following FIS list even if they are sent on time.

The complete original documentation (results, TD reports, etc.) must alsobe sent by post even in case of electronic data transmission.

7.3 Signature of the Technical DelegateOfficial results and the penalty calculation made by computer must bearthe authentic signature of the Technical Delegate and the personal TDnumber.

7.4 Recommendation for Evaluation or Non-evaluationShould there be valid reasons to exclude the competition from beingevaluated for FIS points, these reasons must be indicated on the "Reportof the Technical Delegate".If a race has to be cancelled after a large number of racers have finished;the Technical Delegate must submit a report with a recommendation for

evaluation or non-evaluation of the race.

Es sind all jene Wettkmpfer mit dem Status Aktiv auf Inaktiv zu setzen, welchenicht mehr fr die FIS-Punkteliste bercksichtigt werden sollen.Wettkmpfer mit Status Aktiv" gelten als angemeldet fr die kommendeSaison. Wettkmpfer mit Verletztenstatus mssen als aktiveWettkmpfer gemeldet werden und aktiv bleiben.

- Es knnen nur diejenigen Wettkmpfer aufgenommen werden, welchedie Athletenerklrung beim Nationalen Ski Verband gemss Art. 203.3IWO unterzeichnet haben.Der Nationale Ski Verband ist verantwortlich, dass die Athleten die

Athlenenerklrung unterzeichnet haben und gengend versichert sind.

- Aktiv (in der FIS Punkte Liste): Der Status Aktiv wird beibehalten,auch wenn ein Athlet nicht an FIS Wettkmpfen startet. Statusnderungen von Aktiv auf Inaktiv knnen nur zwischen 01.06. und31.12. gettigt werden.

- Nur Athleten mit einem aktiven FIS Code sind bei FIS Wettkmpfenzugelassen. Der Organisator und der Technische Delegierte, sollen dieAnmeldungen kontrollieren.

2.1.1 ErstanmeldungBei der Erstanmeldung eines Wettkmpfers fr die FIS-Punktelistemssen die allenfalls herausgefahrenen FIS-Punkte genau kontrolliertwerden sowie auch die schon vorhandene FIS Code Nummer, welche beieiner Anfrage erteilt wurde (Art. 2.3). Stimmen sie nicht, sind die Punkteund die Wettkmpfe, bei denen sie erzielt worden sind, anzugeben.

2.2 CodenummerEs werden nur Wettkmpfer (Damen und Herren) mit einem gltigen FISCode zu den Rennen zugelassen.

3. Gltigkeit und Redaktionsschluss der einzelnenPunktelisten

Die Gltigkeit der jeweiligen Listen wird im Zusammenhang mit demWettkampfkalender fr Olympische Winterspiele, Weltmeisterschaften undWeltcup koordiniert.

4.1.2 Wettkampfstufen und entsprechende Skalen

4.1.2.1 Wettkmpfe Stufe 1: Skala 1000Fr Olympische Winterspiele, Weltmeisterschaften, WeltcupVeranstaltungen wird die Wettkampfstufe 1 verwendet.

4.1.2.2 Fr Junioren Weltmeisterschaften wird die Skala 500 bis 360 verwendet.

4.1.2.3 Wettkmpfe Stufe 2: Skala 500 bis Skala 50Fr Continental Cups und Universiaden wird die Wettkampfstufe 2verwendet.

4.1.2.4 Wettkmpfe Stufe 3: Skala 360 bis Skala 50Fr FIS Nationale Meisterschaften wird die Wettkampfstufe 3 verwendet.

4.1.2.5 Wettkmpfe Stufe 4: Skala 260 bis Skala 50Fr FIS Internationale Wettkmpfe und EYOF wird die Wettkampfstufe 4verwendet.

4.1.2.6 Wahl der Skalen fr die Wettkampfstufen 2,3 und 4- Die Berechnung der FIS Punkte bei Internationalen Wettkmpfen wird

aus dem Durchschnitt der 5 besten Fahrer, die in der jeweiligenDisziplin gestartet sind, kalkuliert. (nach dem Komma wird immeraufgerundet z.B. 380,4 381 Punkte).

- Bei einem Internationalen Snowboard Wettkampf werden FIS Punktevergeben wenn 5 Wettkmpfer mit oder ohne FIS Punkte gestartet sindund mindestens 3 davon den Lauf beendet haben.

- Wenn nur 3 oder 4 Wettkmpfer den Lauf beenden, muss ebenfallsdurch 5 dividiert werden.Durch Berechnung des obengenannten Durchschnittswertes wird eineunter Punkt 4.1.1. aufgefhrte Liste angewendet.

- Um die bestmgliche Skala zu whlen, muss derDurchschnittspunktewert gleich oder hher sein als die vorhandenenEinstufungspunkte.

Monaten besitzt, aber in einer frheren Liste Ergebnisse hatte, werdendiese Ergebnisse pro 12 Monate um 80% reduziert.

4.2.5.2 Verschlechterung zwischen den Perioden- Ein Wettkmpfer kann seine FIS Punkte von einer Liste zur nchstennicht mehr als 40 % verschlechtern.

- Falls gemss Artikel. 4.2.5 und 4.2.6 sich die Wettkampfpunkte mehrals um 40 % verschlechtern, wird die Reduktion auf 40 % limitiert.

4.2.5.3 Ein Ergebnis- Falls ein Wettkmpfer nur ein gltiges Ergebnis in den letzten 12

Monaten besitzt, werden die FIS Punkte wie folgt berechnet:Ergebnis minus 40 % mit einer Maximalreduktion von 80% (siehe KeineErgebnisse)

4.2.6 Verletzten Status- Bei der FIS muss innerhalb von 3 Wochen nach dem Unfall vom

Nationalen FIS Ski oder Snowboard Verband eine Meldung desVerletztenstatus eingereicht werden, damit seine Punkte beibehaltenwerden, wobei das offizielle Antragsformular und ein rztliches Zeugniseingesandt werden mssen. Das Gesuch fr Verletztenstatus gilt einJahr nach dem 1. Start. Dies gilt nicht fr the Weltcup StandingVerletztenstatus.

4.2.6.1 Bedingungen- Wenn ein Wettkmpfer nach dem Unfalldatum, in einem oder mehreren

Wettkmpfen gestartet ist, verliert er seinen Verletztenstatus.- Hat ein Wettkmpfer mehr als 3 Starts in dieser Verletztenperiode,

werden die FIS Punkte gemss FIS-Punkte Reglement berechnet.- Hat ein Wettkmpfer weniger als 3 Starts wird das bessere Resultatder folgenden Mglichkeiten bercksichtigt:

a) Normale FIS Punkteberechnungb) Verschlechterung von 40%

- Wettkmpfer mssen als aktive Wettkmpfer bei der FIS gemeldetbleiben.

4.2.7 Berufliche Verhinderung/Militrdienst

4.2.7.1 Wenn von einem nationalen Verband ein Antrag auf Erteilung des Statuswegen beruflicher Verhinderung (Studienzeit) oder Militrdienst fr einenWettkmpfer eingereicht wird, aus dem die Dauer der Verhinderunghervorgeht, wird gemss Art. 4.2.6 vorgegangen.

4.2.7.2 AntragDer Antrag auf Erteilung des Status wegen beruflicher Verhinderung(Studienzeit) oder Militrdienst ist vor dem Eintritt der Verhinderung an dieFIS einzureichen.

4.3 Anti-Doping RegelverletzungAlle erreichten FIS Punkte eines Athleten, der eine Anti-DopingRegelverletzung gemss Art. 10.1.2. der FIS Anti-Doping Regeln begeht,werden gelscht.

5. Die FIS Punktelisten

5.1 Die FIS Punktelisten sind nunmehr elektronisch verfgbar und knnenkostenlos von derftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files abgeladen werden.Tip: Installieren des FIS Listen Programmes (Fislistsetup.exe) auf ihremComputer, welches auch auf derftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs/ Seite verfgbar ist, damit sie sehr einfach mit der FIS Punkteliste arbeiten knnen.

5.1.1 SBFPxxx.zip ist die Datei, welche mit dem FIS-Punkteliste Programmaufgeladen wird (fr die xxx steht jeweils die Nummer der Liste sowie dieListen-Saison z.B. 1.Liste 2011/2012=SBFP121.zip = vollstndige Listeoder SBFP121P = nur nderungen seit der letzten Liste).

5.2 FIS Punkte

5.2.1 Fr folgende Disziplinen werden FIS-Punkte berechnet:- Parallelslalom, Slalom, Parallel Riesenslalom, Riesenslalom & Super-G- Halfpipe- Snowboard Cross- Big Air- Slopestyle

5.2.2 Chronologische DisziplinenlisteAlle Damen und Herren werden (in allen fnf Disziplinen) bis zum 200.Rang aufgefhrt.

5.2.3 Alphabetische ListeAlle Damen und Herren werden (in allen fnf Disziplinen) mit demGeburtsjahr und den FIS Punkten aufgefhrt.

5.2.4 Lufer mit gleichen FIS PunktenWenn Wettkmpfer gleiche FIS Punkte aufweisen, wird die Reihenfolgedurch das beste Ergebnis bestimmt. Sind auch diese Ergebnisse gleich,wird das zweitbeste bzw. das drittbeste Ergebnis herangezogen. Kann dieReihenfolge auf diese Weise nicht ermittelt werden, erhalten beide Luferden gleichen Rang in der FIS Punkteliste.

5.2.5 Spezielle KennzeichnungWettkmpfer mit Zuschlgen werden wie folgt gekennzeichnet:- Wettkmpfer mit nur einem gltigen Ergebnis (4.2.5.3)* Wettkmpfer, welche unter Artikel 4.2.5.2 fallen< Keine Ergebnisse (4.2.5.1)# Wettkmpfer mit Verletztenstatus (4.2.6 a oder b)

6. Anmeldegebhren

6.1 Anmeldegebhr pro Wettkmpfer und SaisonEinschreibungen mit dem FOU System: Die Einschreibegebhr fr die

gesamte Saison betrgt CHF33.--.

Einschreibungen ber das FIS Bro: bis 31. Dezember CHF 33.--. Ab1. Januar CHF 50.--

6.2 Anmeldegebhr mit PunktebesttigungMuss bei einer Anmeldung auf Wunsch des nationalen Verbandes einePunktebesttigung (= sofortige Gltigkeit der Punkte) versandt werden,erhht sich die Einschreibegebhr auf CHF 80 pro Wettkmpfer.

6.3. ZahlungsmodusZu Beginn der Saison erhlt jeder Nationale Verband einePauschalrechnung von 70% der Totalrechnung aus der Saison2010/2011. Dieser Betrag wird dem FIS Konto belastet. Ende Saisonerhlt jeder Nationale Verband eine detaillierte Saisonrechnung fr alleeingeschriebenen Athleten und Wettkmpfe. Der Pauschalbetrag wird indieser Rechnung abgezogen und der Saldo dem FIS NSA Konto belastet.

7.4 Antrag auf Wertung oder NichtwertungSollten Grnde vorliegen, den Wettbewerb fr die FIS-Punktebewertungnicht in Betracht zu ziehen, mssen diese im "Bericht des TechnischenDelegierten" aufgefhrt sein.Muss ein Wettbewerb abgesagt werden, nachdem eine grosse Zahl vonWettkmpfern das Ziel erreicht hat, so erstellt der Technische Delegierteeinen Bericht mit Empfehlung auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung.

4.1.2.1 Courses de catgorie 1: Echelle 1000Jeux Olympiques dHiver, Championnats du Monde, Coupe du Monde sont classes dans la 1re catgorie.

4.1.2.2 Championnats du Monde Junior sont des courses dchelle entre 500 et 360.

4.1.2.3 Courses de catgorie 2: Echelle entre 500 et 50Les Coupes Continentales et Universiade sont des courses de catgorie2.

4.1.2.5 Courses de catgories 4: Echelle entre 260 50

Les comptitions FIS Internationales et EYOF sont des courses decatgorie 4.

4.1.2.6 Choix de l'chelle pour les courses de catgories 2, 3 et 4- Le calcul du niveau de la course est bas sur la moyenne des points

des 5 meilleurs coureurs ayant pris le dpart de la comptition (toujoursarrondi ex. 380,4 381 points).

- Les points ne pourront tre attribues lors dune course FIS que si 5coureurs avec ou sans points FIS ont pris le dpart et que 3 ont terminla course.

- Si seulement 3 ou 4 comptiteurs ont termin la course, la division despoints se fait toujours avec 5. Aprs avoir calcul la moyenne , une deschelles figurant sous 4.1.1 sera applique.

- Afin de choisir l'chelle la meilleure possible, la valeur de la moyennedes points doit tre gale ou suprieur aux points de classementcorrespondant.

4.2 Calcul des points FIS

4.2.1 Comptitions valuesPour chaque nouvelle liste, seront pris en compte les deux meilleursrsultats des 12 mois prcdents.

4.2.2 Re-calcul pendant la saisonPour la premire comptition de chaque priode les points FIS seront r-calculs.

4.2.3 Deux rsultats ou plusSi un coureur a 2 rsultats ou plus pendant les 12 mois prcdents, lespoints FIS seront calculs comme suit :- moyenne des 2 meilleurs rsultats.

4.2.4 Amlioration durant une saisonLes points peuvent tre amliors aprs chaque priode de validit d'uneliste.

4.2.5 Dgradation entre 2 priodes 4.2.5.1 Pas de rsultat

Si un concurrent na pas de rsultats pendant les 12 mois prcdents,mais quil avait des rsultats sur les listes FIS prcdentes, ces rsultatsseront rduits de 80% tous les 12 mois.

4.2.5.2 Dgradation entre deux priodesLa dgradation des points d'un comptiteur ne peut pas dpasser 40 %d'une liste la prochaine.En cas de dgradation suprieure 40%, une limite de 40 % seraapplique (selon les articles 4.2.5 et 4.2.6)

4.2.5.3 Un rsultatSi un concurrent n'a qu'un rsultat pendant les 12 mois prcdents, lespoints FIS seront calculs comme suit:Rsultat moins 40 % avec une rduction maximum de 80% (voir aucunrsultat)

4.2.6 Statut des blesssLa Fdration Nationale de Ski ou Snowboard doit informer la FIS

pendant les 3 semaines aprs laccident, avec le formulaire officielaccompagn dun certificat mdical pour que les points soient gels. Lademande de statut de bless est valable pour une anne aprs le premierdpart de course. Ceci nest pas valable pour le statut de bless duclassement de la Coupe du Monde.

4.2.6.1 Limitations- Aprs la date de blessure, ds que le coureur aura pris 3 dparts dans

une ou plusieurs comptitions il perdra le statut de bless.- Si un comptiteur prendre plus de 3 dparts pendant cette priode de

blessure, les points FIS seront calcul normal des points FIS.- Si un comptiteur prendre peu de 3 dparts les points FIS seront

calcul selon la meilleure solution avec les possibilits suivantes:a) calcul normal des points FISb) dgradation de 40%

- Les concurrents doivent tre inscrits comme concurrents actifs et pourconserver le staut de bless.

4.2.7 Obligations professionnelles ou militaires

4.2.7.1 Lorsqu'une association nationale demande lobtention dun statut debless pour des raisons d'obligations professionnelles (tudes) ou deservice militaire, avec indication de la dure de l'empchement, l'art. 4.2.6.sera appliqu.

4.2.7.2 La demande pour l'application du statut pour des raisons d'obligationsprofessionnelles ou de service militaire doit tre dpose la FIS avant lapriode concerne.

5.1 Violation du rglement Anti dopageSelon larticle 10.1.2 de la FIS rgle antidopage, un concurrent qui acommis une violation des rgles antidopage verra ses points FISprcdemment obtenus supprims.

5. La liste des points FIS

5.1 Les listes des points FIS sont seulement disponible lectroniquement etpeuvent tre tlcharges sans frais partir du:ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files.

Recommandation: Installez le programme de la liste FIS (Fislistsetup.exe)sur votre ordinateur, le programme est aussi disponible surftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs. Si vous avez ce programme vouspouvez travailler facilement avec les points FIS.

5.1.1 SBFPxxx.zip est le fichier fonctionnant avec le programme de la liste despoints FIS (par xxx on entend le numro de la liste et la saison parexemple 1re liste 2011/2012 = SBFP121F.zip = liste complte, ouSBFP121P = seulement les mises jour depuis la dernire liste).

5.2 La liste des points FIS

5.2.1 Les points FIS seront calculs pour les disciplines suivantes:- Slalom parallle, Slalom, Slalom Gant parallle, Slalom Gant et

Super-G- Halfpipe- Snowboard Cross- Big Air- Slopestyle

5.2.2 La liste chronologiqueToutes les dames et hommes (cinque disciplines) jusqu' la 200me place.

5.2.3 La liste alphabtiqueToutes les dames et les hommes (cinque disciplines) ainsi que l'anne denaissance du coureur et ses points FIS seront mentionns.

5.2.4 Comptiteurs avec les mme points FISSi des comptiteurs ont les mme points FIS, lordre sera dtermin par lemeilleur rsultat.Si ces rsultats sont aussi les mmes, on tiendra compte du secondmeilleur rsultat, puis du troisime rsultat. Si lordre ne peut pas tre

valu, les deux comptiteurs recevront la mme place dans la liste despoints FIS.

6. Redevances dinscription

6.1 Redevances d'inscription par concurrentInscription avec le FOU systme: droits denregistrement 33 CHF

pendant toute la saison.Inscription par le bureau FIS: Jusquau 31 dcembre CHF 33, partir

du 1er janvier le droit denregistrementest de 50 CHF.

6.2 Cot denregistrement avec confirmation des pointsPour un enregistrement avec confirmation immdiate des pointsFIS(validit immdiate des points) la demande de lassociationnationale, le cot de lenregistrement est de 80 CHF par coureur.

6.3 Mode de paiementAu dbut de la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture de 70% de safacture totale de 2009/2010 qui sera dbite sur son compte FIS. la finde la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture dtaille de lensemble desathltes et des comptitions enregistres, le solde d sera dbit sur soncompte FIS.

7. Instructions pour organisateurs et dlgus techniques

7.1 Transmission lectronique des rsultatsLes rsultats doivent obligatoirement tre transmis par voie lectronique etdans le format FIS (E-mail: [email protected]). Le DT doit sassurerde la bonne transmission des rsultats et en faire mention dans sonrapport et galement cntroler que les rsultats sur la site web sontcorrect . Les rapports des DT des courses devront tre envoys par Fax

ou E-mail la FIS ds la fin des preuves concernes et ce dans un dlaide 10 jours. Sans les rapports du DT et du chronomtrage aucun rsultatne sera pris en compte pour la liste de points FIS.Pour les rsultats non transmis lectroniquement selon le format FIS dansune priode proche de ldition dune liste FIS, aucune garantie ne peuttre donne que les rsultats soient pris en compte pour la prochaine listede points FIS, mme s'ils arrivent dans les dlais.

7.4 Recommandations pour validation ou non validation.- Sil y a des raisons valables pour ne pas valider une comptition pour

les points FIS, ces raisons doivent tre indiques dans le rapport duDT.

- Si une course doit tre annule aprs quun grand nombre decomptiteurs aient termin la course, le DT doit soumettre un rapportavec ses recommandations pour validation ou non validation de lacourse.
